Hearing test woman was rude and impatient with me. Front desk staff overworked and harried; too busy to be polite. 2+ hour wait time to see the doctor, whose bedside manner was lacking. Would not recommend.

I also had unpleasant appointments when I needed to be seen. I got to spend only five minutes with him and was sent on my way to have a procedure done. No follow-up call of the results or recommendation. I had to call for my results only to get them from office personnel. I do not recommend making any appointments.

I am in hour 3 of a wait for my first appointment. If I wasn't in pain I would have left long ago. While I appreciate a provider who takes time with patients, the obvious is to book fewer appointments. The audiologist was pleasant but chewed gum during my tests, pat of which was repeating words she said. (While chewing gum?) seriously!! 3 hours now and still no Dr? Finally saw him. Not impressed. Won't return and would not recommend.

Love this doctor for his patience, his ability to listen, his medical expertise and his wonderful attitude. All of these wonderful qualities are extended to all of his patients and that takes time. Do not expect punctuality. Would highly recommend him to everyone!

I haven't even had a chance to meet Dr. Anderozzi His office staff is one of the worst I have ever encountered. JUDGMENTAL UNCOOPERATIVE AND DONE RIGHT RUDE! I wouldn't recommend a dog. Looking at some of the other comments, I can see that his office staff is a big problem! Which is too bad because you could be the best doctor in the world, but nobody wants to deal with rudeness.

Doctor was kind, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Considerate of phobias as well. One of the best! His staff are a good reflection of his caring attitude.

Dr Andreozzi is a great doctor but in the defense of the staff they don't make the doctors schedule the drs do as I also work for a doctor and you dont think they are frustrated at the time patients have waitEd they are the ones that get yelled at not the doctors just think about how you would like to be treated and treat other people the same trust me you will get a lot further.

If you have an appointment 10am be prepared to seen atleast by noon. Appointments always run late. The staff is very informative and unfriendly making the whole experience uncomfortable and annoying.Staff is not knowledge on ENT doctors schedule creating booking. If your getting an allegery test they recommend skin test because it's best for them in terms of process time as well as charging your insurance/ and your self twice the fee compared to blood work. they don't tell you you be poked numerous times, charged double.

I really can't complain about the care I've gotten here. I found if I didn't go on a Thursday the wait was far better. In fact I asked and Thursday is their busiest day. I have had great luck w the office as well. He fixed my deviated septum and turninates last year and I can breath so much better. I recently had an issue w my ear due to tmj surgery and went back to see dr a. He, and his (awesome PA) let me know what the issue could be and how it probably happened. I have no issues going and he IS hot, which is an added bonus. Ill continue to go there I'd needed.

I will never, never go the this office again. My appt was at 3:30 and was told the doctor was running late at least 1 hour. At 4:15 was told I had 2 people in front of me and had to wait another 45 minutes. Still waiting in the office at 5:00 I asked a gentleman that was there before me what time his appt was and he said he also had a appt at 3:30 with Dr. Andreozzi, the same time as me. I was fit to be tied. How can the staff overbook, that much is unbelievable. I went up to the desk, and told the staff to cancel my appt and they better not charge me for a cancelled appt and I wanted my check back for my $25.00 doctors co-pay.
