He often asks me whether I know the reasons for my problem and also, says he does not know what the problem I could have . … I felt myself in a wrong place as I could not get any advices or professional advices from him to explain possible reasons that could cause my pain. The only thing he does is to refer me to do CT or Colonoscopy or Gastroscopy tests. I would not continue seeing him.

Dr Roger Lee was highly recommended to me by an anaesthetist colleague/friend of mine who personally attested to Dr Lee's endoscopic as well as clinical skills and ability. As a surgical specialist myself, I was able to ask around as to whom to go to based on the aforementioned criteria and, of course, knowing full well the list of possible complications with colonoscopies. My experience with Dr Lee was nothing short of outstanding from the very outset. He is a true gentleman, providing detailed information and advice along with superb endoscopic skills and clinical care. I was a bit apprehensive about having a colonoscopy but his reassurance and explanations quickly assuaged any concerns I initially had. In short, it was an absolute pleasure having him as my gastroenterologist and I can highly recommend him to any colleague and patient.

The receptionists was very rude. She raised her voice and told me off! Went I left the Dr,he told me I have to do an endoscopy and to talk to the receptionist.. The receptionist asked if I knew if my insurance had an excess I said yes but can't remember from top of my head how much is.. and she told me off I should know about it and didn't want to explain me the cost breakdown of the additional services .. couldn't give the real cost.. just the fee of the dr. Then she was telling off to grab the same pen that I put in the used container

Many procedures since 2010 with this wonderful specialist. I feel so grateful and fortunate that Dr Lee and his practice has treated me with the utmost care and concern over these past 11 years.

Cannot comment on this doctor as I did not get to attend the first appointment. Rang up a few days before to cancel but was unable to reschedule it at that time. The woman who took the call asked "do you have another appointment else where?" and when I replied I did not she went on to say "if if did I was just going to get rid of it". Sorry Dr Lee but I do not wish to reschedule my appointment and will seriously going else where now because of your receptionist unnecessary comment and rude attitude.

I found him and his staff to be quite rude and abrupt. I ended up seeing a different gastroenterologist and had a really pleasant experience.

Dr Lee's staff are very helpful, friendly and flexible. They can tell you clearly how the procedure is arranged and what the costs/processes will be. Dr Lee himself is also friendly and gives you lots of information when you talk to him. I found him sensible and informative. Not either snooty or reserved, treats you like a real person.
