Dr James Riddell is amazing!! He treats you with respect, he explains everything to you, nothing is too much trouble. His bedside manner and surgical skills are exceptional. Dr James Riddell certainly takes his profession seriously with love and kindness and very well respected by all who know him.

I would not be here but for Dr Riddell. He is an outstanding specialist and general physician in my experience, courteous, patient, willing to explain the issues, writes full and detailed reports on medical procedures and results, knows his patient well, is always positive and constructive in his considerate and thoroughly knowledgeable approach to clinical medicine. An exceptional medical practitioner, whom it was my great good fortune to discover when I was very seriously ill. I can't say too much in his favour, after 14 years in his care. The result of his treatment has been a full remission of my auto-immune conditions for the past 10 years. I thoroughly recommend Dr Riddell as the best medical practitioner I have ever known.

I have been treated by the lovely Dr Riddell three times now and on every occasion he has been respectful, communicative and very friendly. He always takes the time to explain exactly what is going on and never rushes his patients through what can be quite a stressful procedure. The sedationist and all the other Endoscopy Unit medical staff were also very professional, reassuring and friendly. My thanks to the whole team.
