This man is the poster child for what we should expect from our all health professionals. My unexpected bypass surgery landed me on his doorstep at the General Mar 17 2016 and eight weeks later with a new lease on life I feel blessed. Dr Lee was there explaining reassuring following up on any concerns for me and also my wife. I can only say thank you for him and his team being there and being consummate professionals.

Amazing doctor... exuded confidence, caring and was available to answer my questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed. My surgery was the result of birth defects and he was amazed that I'd lived this long with it... he found several other issues during surgery but all turned out well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is facing cardiac surgery.

I had the unexpected pleasure of meeting Dr.Lee on very short notice. I was nervous of By Pass which I had self diagnosis as acid Reflex for six months. Within three days of basic tests , the discussion to operate was made. To my great fortune Dr. Lee was my assigned surgeon & from the moment of our meeting I had nothing but confidence of a recovery & returning to active Life !!! After a six hr. operation for a triple bypass, Dr.Lee meet with my wife & daughter and excitedly advised I had no heart damage . His genuine involvement with family & patient are unsurpassed. In todays high speed medical system it is "Rare @ Reassuring " to meet an individual who " Stops " & explains the "Present& Future Expectations "This Doctor excels in his medical skills & bed side manner is Outstanding !If I ever had reason to recognize the medical field & its ability , Dr.Lee is the top of the list in my opinion. Dr. Lee's surgical gift is clearly from God and we were so grateful that he saved my Fathers life when there was not much hope after a major heart attack and an already unresponsive operation. I flew in from California scared and Dr. Lee followed up with us regularly and always kept positive. The smile on his face after the 4hr operation was such a relief to us. He is a wonderful surgeon and person. My father was off of life support the next day and is on the road to recovery...praise God!

Amazing doctor. Had a valve replacement and he made me feel at ease, which I didn't think was possible going into heart surgery being in my early 30's He also did an amazing job on my incision. Very knowledgeable, very personable, went the extra mile for me. He is the best in his field.

I had a valve repair done by dr Lee two years ago. The procedure was very complicated, but he did a fantastic job. My valve is working like never before, so my cardiologist told me during the check up vist- you don't need to see me any more. He is the real professional in his field. I have been blessed to be his patient. JF

I had a by-pass five years ago and there were serious concerns about the location of a blockage. When I first "saw" Dr. Lee he looked younger than my sons and that made me a bit nervous as they were in their early thirties. I had no infections or complications after the fact and am very grateful for his skill and his gentle approach with information.

I am not a patient of Dr. Lee's but I work very closely with many of his patients. Dr. Lee has a very amiable personality and great bedside manner. However, compared to the other cardiac surgeons, Dr. Lee's patients seem to have more complications (ie. pleural effusions, wound infections) and often return to the operating room for bleeding issues post operatively. If I had a choice, I would not choose Dr. Lee as my surgeon.

Dr Lee did a triple bypass and valve replacement on my dad at St B. He is a great doctor and my dad did great. Living in Texas I was unable to be there but Dr Lee took the time to call me after the surgery to let me know how everything went. I feel blessed that Dad had such a great surgeon!

This is the best doctor I have had in my live. I am very blessed that the Providence sent me this man. He performed a very complex operation on my heart with fantastic results. I was able to walk on my own on the second day. God bless you, doctor!.
