Thorough and insightful. We took our mother to him after she got out of the geriatric psychiatry unit. He actually took her off a couple of medications. Turned out much of the problem she was having was due to side effects to her meds.

Dr. Bolyard put my child on three different medications at the same time: Tofranil, Celexa and Zyprexa. My son was 7 at the time. I was told there were not any significant side effects. My son had extreme side effects. He prescribed several meds at once instead of introducing one med at a time. He also started out at a higher dosage rather than starting at a small dosage and working up to the right dosage. Very unsatisfied.
