We love Dr Serafi. Fortunately we're a pretty healthy bunch and don't have to see her too often but she is relaxed, always happy and her staff know who you are. You don't have to phone a robot to make an appointment, it's more old fashioned, but personal service. Contrary to the previous reviewer I've got to say one of my favorite things about Dr Serafi is that I have found her quite anti antibiotics! She saves them for the real need, the only time we've had antibiotics prescribed in years with her is for a couple of doses of strep throat!

The absolute worst doctor ever!! She does not wash her hands and moves from patient to patient. She accepts phone calls while in the same room with patients. There is no privacy-everyone in the waiting area knows your business. She puts all children on antibiotics whatever the case is and she makes you put your babies on probiotics which the people at the pharmacy said you are not supposed to give that to children! She is sloppy at the paperwork and good luck obtaining your child's records when it is time to change pediatricians, because she will not give you everything even though it's against the law for her to do that! Absolute worst experience of my life and my children hated her!! If you don't believe me, see for yourself and you will wish you listened to me....
