I am in my thirties with a mental health diagnosis. I saw hadsall for over 4 years as my GP (yes, call me stupid). During this time I always had a psychiatrist and never brought my mental health concerns to hadsall. Nevertheless, she capitalized on that diagnosis as a way to avoid dealing with every single physical concern I had about my health. Her favorite ways to address my physical symptoms were to IMMEDIATELY dismiss them as anxiety, depression, or "you're too young to have a problem with that." Once, no joke, I was so weak I could barely walk into her office with assistance, and had a heart rate of 136. She told me I was depressed and called my psychiatrist. This was the most dismissive reaction I could have dreamed up for my severe physical symptoms. Hadsall's license should be revoked!

Hadsall has poor bed side manor, as well as being a terrible diagnostician. not sure if she guesses or if she is just clueless, but I'd rather see an auto mechanic as my doctor, then visit dr hadsall again. Her staff is rude as well.

First time seeing her, she was not friendly, did not seem interested in me. Brusque, spoke over me. I take medication for bi-polar and she kept emphasizing she doesn't treat, or prescribe medication, for that. But she also wouldn't recommend any psych, just told me to check my insurance. Appointment was really short. On the bright side, she was willing to give refill one of my meds to tide me over. Will not be going back to her.

I've been a patient for many years and have found Dr. Hadsall to be responsive and sympathetic. She listened to my concerns and found ways to address them appropriately. I did start to see a NP for my annual gyno exam in addition to the general annual. I go to urgent care for immediate concerns.

I wish I would've read these other reviews before choosing Dr. Hadsall, because their stories are identical to what I have experienced. After being her patient for 2 years & no health problems, I recently developed some symptoms that were very concerning to me. I called her office & explained the symptoms to a nurse who agreed that this was serious, & was told a nurse would call me the next day. The weeks that have followed have left me emotionally exhausted & upset. Not a single person has followed up with me, & my polite/apologetic calls to the office were met with sarcasm & hostility. After begging for a blood test & confirming that I would be there, they never sent the order to the lab. After they blew off the lab's call, the lab sent me to her office, where the nurses openly made fun of me and complained about me while I stood 5 ft away. They knew I was there. I'm making my husband attend my last appt w/me, in the hopes that things won't be as hostile. & then I'm getting a new Dr!

Dr. Hadsall is a wonderful doctor. My experience with her has been very positive. She listens and I never felt rushed. I saw her and need several follow up vistis. I never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes, if that. Very pleased and have recommended her highly to anyone who asks.

A terrible GP and her staff are no better. No bedside manner, no sympathy, no time to see patients on an emergency basis, no clue about how to treat illnesses that require 'thinking out of the box.' Choose anyone but her if you have to go to Sansum.

I was diagnosed with HPV & scared and she made all my worst fears come true. She kept asking me why I was there and not at gyno. I looked to her for advice, so I didn't understand why she kept telling me that. I asked her to refer me, but she finally gave me the pap herself, only after harassing me. She didn't ask about my history, but did assume I was promiscous and began a tirade about using condoms! When I told her that the CDC website says that HPV lives in the skin, and condoms as preventative is unknown she said 'well, its better than nothing' which is not known! It seems as if her goal was to humiliate me. She kept asking me to move farther down the table, but the stirups were so short, my calves were already pressed against my thigh. She was not gentle, and after she drove me to tears, she left me on the table covered by that little paper towel, and didn't shut the curtain as she left, exposing my crying face, and nakedness to anyone in the hall. This is the worst experience

She doesn't have a clue as to what a physical exam should include. Her favorite line is "what do you want to do" and if I knew that I wouldn't be in her office.
