Ignores the calls from her patient and even those whom are admitted, she does not respond to other physcians in timely manner or answer the questions being asked.
Feel like she does not care.
Tries to change previous diagnosis with out really knowing the patient yet.

I have been seeing Dr. Westra for a few years now and she is absolutely wonderful. She listens to everything and I've never felt rushed. She is open to your ideas for treatments/medications and makes sure she explains everything to you.

Her recptionist is amazing! So friendly, so helpful. Always remembers me when I come in, which just makes a more personal experience.

I love Dr. Westra and don't think I have ever said that about the many dr's I have seen...she is thorough as his her office..typically in BC we have to do everything ourselves and follow up and usually it hasn't been done...I don't worry now about that with this office...Dr. Westra herself is very warm and caring to me. She always is on top of tests/results and plan...but also willing to listen to patient. Even lending an ear and asking about our teenager challenges...so kind of her to do.
If I ever more away I think I will use the money and time to continue as her patient if possible thats how much I appreciate her...
