Very dismissive and seems to always be in a bad mood. Misdiagnosed our child or provided faulty advice several times.

Rude and demeaning. I was told to come in for my son's symptoms and when I got there he said I shouldn't come in unless it was an emergency. When I stated that the nurse told me to come in he said that's not an excuse! The staff is rude there and can't get your records for you in a timely manner.

Dr Gatto is a wonderful pediatrician! I didn't know how good we had it with him and Bethesda Pediatrics until we moved away. We still haven't found someone as knowledgeable and caring.

Personable and knowledgable; always takes time to thoroughly answer questions and never rushes through the childrens' appointments
