Doctor Beney and his staff are wonderful, they have been taking care of my family for the last 10 years. I have found his staff both warm and caring, I have worked in the health field for over 20 years and trust my and my family's health with their practice. The can have always seen me in 1-2 days time if needed and have weekend and evening hours. The front staff has never been rude to me and has been fantastic to my family.

Staff is rude; receptionist is rude on phone and makes you feel worse than you do when you arrive in the office. Staff is unfit and unhealthy looking themselves. Dr. Beney is a good man too bad his staff is so poor. Chad should get out and preserve his name!

Dr Beney and his staff have always been very helpful to me and my family. I have never waited more then one day for a sick appointment. Furthermore his other providers have seem to listen to my problems, it is true he does have a play floor in his waiting room but this way the patients can occupy themselves and not spread germs to other patient by touching toys.

Dr Beney is only dr in the office that knows what he talking about the others just put his office to shame and make him look bad they don't answer questions and miss dosed me for 9 months I could of died of pendicitis! I have no trust in these drs and looking for new dr for my family

The staff is rude and arrogant, no bedside manners. I've never had an on time visit in nearly ten years. And it's hard to even find a place to sit among the arcade games and rather large dance floor that takes up most of the waiting room. Not very professional if you ask me.

Dr. Beney is a wonderful and caring man that has always helped when I needed it, he is a great doctor and gives good advice. He cares about his patients beyond their medical concern. Unfortunately for him, his staff is rude arrogant and unaccommodating in every means of the word. First thing you see when you enter the office is a bunch of overweight and irate women that look like they need more than a Doctor. The scheduling is the worst! They think nothing of leaving you in an overheated waiting room with a bunch of kids running all over the place (just what you want when your sick right?). Typically takes up to an hour to see the doctor from the time you walk in. Don't bother showing up early cause you will not bee seen for at least an hour after your scheduled appointment! It is sad when a great guy like Dr. Beney is tainted by an unprofessional and unprofessional looking staff.

Dr Beney is great I have been taking my family there for 9 years. I can call him on his emergency number and he always answers or returns my call wthin 15 minutes. Am sure if I need him to you would even make a house call
