Dr. Beney and Chad are wonderful. Other P.A. & the office staff are so rude every time we go there. When you bring your newborn in you are asked if you have questions/concerns and they enter it in the computer, but they never get answered during the appointment by the doctor. I always have to re-ask them all. Don't expect any friendly smiles from the office staff, which you would think you would get at a pediatrician's office. I guess they are overworked even though there is at least 5 ladies at desks behind the receptionist. All look unhappy. There is a different receptionist working the front window each time we go. They even ask patients confidential questions regarding their health in the waiting room in front of other patients. I could see how uncomfortable it made the patient. My husband and I are very laid back people but he agrees we won't be returning. Also, you never get to ask the doctor a question over the phone if your child is sick. The bad outweighs the good.

I feel that this doctor's diagnostic skills are very poor. In our situation, a lack of diagnosis and further testing over an extended period of time may have resulted in additional damage. My only advice to others is that if your gut tells you that he is not addressing your concerns, to seek a second opinion.

Dr. Beney is a great doctor, I've been with him since he was with Dr. Muscato, and he's always been wonderful, even seeing me at the office once on a Sunday for an emergency. He's always willing to listen to the patient. The other providers, Chad, Karey and Shannon are all nice too, as well as the staff, who are always very helpful and accomodating, squeezing in visits on very busy days, and promptly returning phone calls.

Dr. Beney and Chad are wonderful, they listen and care. The office staff is not helpful or caring and they are the reason I am looking for a new doctor for my husband and myself.

Dr. Beney took care of my parents and provided excellent care throughout their various ups and downs. He is compassionate, caring and explains everything in understandable verbiage.

The medical providers in this office are great. The staff is terrible. Messages are not given to providers and refills are not called in in a timely manner. My family only stays for the actual medical care received.

We love Dr. Beney. He's my children's doctor. He's great with kids; kind, caring, can be silly and get down on their level. Spends a lot of time giving information and is patient and thorough when addressing concerns. Always polite, shaking my hand at every appointment. Accessible and responsive, progressive. He's a keeper.
