I have 23 years experience with Dr Krupko. He is an amazing doctor. Takes the time to talk. Not rushed in and out. I feel very confident he knows how to treat me to be as healthy as I can be.

Dr. Krupko is pne of the top endrocronoligists in the state, best dr. I've had in my 70 yrs. Staff are among the best, better than gold- platinum level!

Dr. Krupko is an ok doctor. His office staff and the information given out is a nightmare! After seeing him for 2 1/2 years I am seeking another doctor. Meaning I have had enough of the miscommunication and his manner. I have had information put on my records that is not true, have had rx's called into the wrong place, the list goes on and on. I am done! He also has a dooms day attitude for diabetics. Makes comments about a high blood sugar must have been from a doughnut that was eaten. Really? He is old, not interested and frankly needs to retire!!

I like Dr. Krupko, and he seems to be a fine physician. However, my overall experience over the last 8 years has me seeking another doctor. I require annual thyroid check ups, blood work, and prescription refills. Inevitably we spend 30 seconds talking about my conditions, and 10 minutes of lectures about why I should get a colonoscopy. Then when my prescription doesn't get called in it is a nightmare to get in touch with anyone who can help you. You can leave messages until you are blue in the face, but they won't call you back. Their response is always about how busy they are. I recently told them that leaving me scrambling for a week without my prescription was bordering on malpractice. I am willing to see a crappier doctor that can provide a more patient-centric environment.

I highly trust Dr. Krupko and his staff has treated me very well, even apologizing when he was running a little late. That's the only real criticism I have, but since he takes so much time with me, I really can't complain.

Dr. Krupko is a fine Doctor, his staff makes it impossible to be a satisfied patient. They are unorganized and book patients in a manner that no one who is really sick can see him. They try to force you to see a nurse and feel this should be a option that you would be happy with. They speak down to you and push back if you don't agree. It is very sad that he cannot see that he needs to make serious changes in his staff. The only reason I have continued to go there is because of him, I will now find another Doctor. They also don't care if you do....just one less person they have to deal with.

He is very knowledgable and has awesome bed-side manner! They even took me early.

Always seems in a rush when seeing me. He answers my questions, but does not seem very interested in me.
