This "psychiatrist" lied about examining a patient in order to keep them in the Psychiatry Ward for entire weekend against their will. They were detained originally under a Form 1 which requires them to be assessed within that 24 hours to determine if they needed to stay or what the next steps would be. Because it was the weekend this Dr. if you can call him that, falsified documents stating that he examined a patient when in reality he did not, He simply filled out the paperwork stating that he did. This person should have their license removed. It is fraudulent behavior that goes against his ethical oathe.

Run from Dr. Bhanji. I experienced the same bizarre behaviors mentioned below. After 8 months of taking the poison/snri he prescribed, I stopped. It has taken me almost 6 months, but I am starting to feel better. My libido is finally starting to return to normal. My emotional blunting still persists however.

I was referred to Dr Bhanji after having a severe mental breakdown. The consult was supposed to be in person then his staff called the day before my appt and changed it to a phone call because Dr Bhanji had rounds. Same as other reviews, Dr Bhanji likes to have a 5 minute conversation with you, then refers to the Mayo Clinic website and asks you to read through certain disorders and see which ones you identify with... SERIOUSLY?? That is the laziest approach you could possibly take! Not to mention completely unethical and INCORRECT. Dr Bhanji is doing more harm to patients by "diagnosing" them with something they don't actually have...just because someone has "tendencies" of a disorder does not mean they have that disorder! Tried multiple different meds that never worked so I mentioned that I increased my THC consumption as that was the only thing that helped calm me down enough to function. Dr Bhanji then commented in the consult report that he was "worried about cannabis dependence". THEN OFFER ME SOMETHING THAT WORKS. What a joke of a human being. If you unlucky enough to be referred to this "Doctor" I would highly recommend asking to be referred elsewhere.

He is one of best doctor I been been through in my life for the last several decades. He is knowledable, have pateien to discuss your case and advise you properly and give prescriptions for proper treatments.

I saw this doctor a couple years ago because I finally thought I'd give him a shot lol this stuff he wrote in my papers that were sent to Aish we're so pathetic it was funny. When I went to go see him it was the third time someone suggested I go see him so I thought I will. He was 20 minutes late all I suggested was two different SSRIs and I said no thank you because it's not the meds that I need help with I need help with life in general therapy. And a formal diagnosis,I DID NOT GET. He's actually a clown and not in a good way. So after the 20 minutes of being late suggesting different meds he asked me what I like to do? I said I collect perfumes of all sorts and he asked me what my favorite one was? Then at the end of the pathetic appointment he said he'd ask his mom to see what perfume she doesn't want and he would call me and get them to me and he actually wrote down my phone number 👀 how does this doctor even still work in this field because he has no clue how to be a psychiatrist I'd give zero stars if I could but I can't.

Saw him twice. He prescribe Effexor for depression. The idea is that it is low, and boost it will make me feel better. One year later I go back to talk about bad feelings. He say no guarantee, that it only theory. He say nobody know if or how it work. I quit, as I enrage. They fiddle with brain chemistry without knowing if or how it work. This is criminal.

Please inform the patients you prescribe anti-depressants to of the potential side effects, including Post SSRI/SNRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD). If this is news to you, please consider your patient's feedback on the side effects they experience while taking ADs. Some of the iatrogenic side effects are debilitating (e.g. PSSD, black box warning, tardive dyskinesia). Remember the Hippocratic oath that you took when you became a doctor.
