Dr. Cotton may have the bedside manners of a rock, however, there is no better Pediatric Otolaryngologist in the world. Period! I have entrusted my family to his care and will do do again in the future.

Without Dr. Cotton I would not be alive today. For the last 23 years I have put my life in his hands, and since day one I have never regretted it. I hope to be as half of the person as he is someday.

Dr. Cotton did surgery on my son, Devon, twice...and my husband, Joe, three times. I cannot say enough fabulous things about Dr. Cotton! Professional, knowledgeable; all surgeries were successful! And, I ALWAYS recommend Dr. Cotton to any of my family and/or friends who require the services of an ENT physician. In the Cincinnati, Ohio, area, and even in the United States, there is NO better ENT than Robin Cotton, MD. -Andrea

My son was a 1lb 4oz premie with a treach to allow him to breath. Drs in NYC at Columbia told us to start teaching/learn sign language. He would never speak. At 2 We found Dr Cotton and met him and he simply said"I fix this". Andy went thru the treacoplasty op and in 6mo later had the treah removed and began to make sounds. He's now 26 and sings in a heavy metal band. Sung in our church choir and was voted most talkative in H.S. DR COTTON IS A GENIUS and A SAINT..

Dr. Cotton was amazing!!! My daughter got diagnosed with a rare birth defect in her neck, the other doctor told me to operate there, there was a risk of her dying, getting brain damage, not being able to taste or swallow right, or talk. Not Dr. cotton he said there was a SMALL risk for partial vocal box paralysis. Day of surgery NOTHING. Dr. Cotton doesn't have the best bed side manner, but he's probably a genius, and genius people don't have much to say to common people. His staff are VERY professional and will answer every question you have. Even Dr. Cotton's fellows were more knowledgeable than my daughter's original attending ENT.

I can honestly say that we have NEVER been treated this way before. Not only was Dr.Cotton's arrogance apparent..but he was rude to my little girl and ONLY asked the opinion of a non-residential parent who rarely even sees our daughter. He ignored her primary care physicians advice and made aggregious assumptions..thus not helping my daughter in the least. She left there in tears.Dr.Cotton..if you are too busy to take the time or effort to treat a patient or be kind to a child..please retire.

The first time I met Dr. Robin Cotton I was 19 years old and a new mother. My son, who had been born just 7 days prior to our meeting, was flown to Cincinnati Children's Hospital because he was born with complete tracheal stenosis, which is considered by the Office of Rare Diseases (ORD) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a rare birth defect. My son’s first airway surgery was at 2 weeks old. He is now 16 years old and this year if everything looks good when they do a scope (which they do every year) then this will be the last time we will see Dr. Cotton and his staff. As much as we’ll all be happy to hear that Dr. Cotton thinks Joey is well enough to get along without being monitored by his department, we’ll miss our yearly visits to see Dr. Cotton and his staff. If it weren’t for Dr. Cotton I firmly believe my son wouldn’t be here. So yes, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Robin Cotton to anyone who has a child born with any kind of airway abnormalities.
