She only likes certain kinds of patients, the healthy kind that don't require medication maintenance.

In my humble opinion she is very professional very thorough and has never made me feel rush. She took her time with me. I would recommend her to anyone. I believe she has her patience best interest in heart. I received a letter saying she is leaving mission internal medicine and I was saddened by this. I hope that is will be staying in the area and if not I wish her only the best wherever she goes. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me.

Everything about each visit to Dr. Bartow is fantastic. She is respectful, patient, quick to make helpful suggestions and genuinely compassionate. She instantly creates a 'safe space,' and treats patients like they're the most important people in the world. She is an advocate and a partner in creating, and maintaining, optimum health.

One always is suspicious of various ratings discovered on the Internet. How Dr. Bartow "garnered" a low rating on 9/11/2014, I do not know. What I do know is that she is very professional, knowledgeable, and commands high esteem among her peers. My rating is based on my experiences as her patient and my discussions with other doctors on her referrals. Every prescription she has approved for me was "right on." I am equally impressed with the detail of every visit--she knows her patients, she is up-to-date on medical breakthroughs, and she communicates precisely and clearly. She even possesses a sense of humor, which is quite rare among medical professionals. Would I recommend her to others? Absolutely, without question. After the Christmas season, she even mailed me a handwritten letter. How many doctors do you know who do that? It would be improper for me to say she is the "best doctor for everybody." For me, she ranks among the best two I have ever experienced--and I have had some really outstanding doctors over my lifetime!

I would agree. Both my wife and I see Dr. Bartow. She is thorough, courteous, professional. Always follows up and is totally aware of your ongoing status. Spends very adequate time and offers realistic alternatives. Without a doubt best physician we have ever seen. We are very grateful for her.

I would say she is the best DR I've ever had, never felt more comfortable. Very thorough, spends alot of time with me and gives me refferels when I need them. I would highly recommend. Was VERY proffessional. The reviewer below I'm sure was med seeking. She gave me what I needed.

DR. Bartow was very unprofessional & ran out of the room when I told her that I have arthritis. She said I should never have gotten past her screening process. She sent a case worker in the room to tell me I needed to find someone else & that they would review their screening process so that no one like me could get an appointment. We just retired & moved back to the area & was trying to find a competent doctor. It was a big mistake trying to get her to oversee my care.

have been in medical field for almost 28 years; so i know my doctors; this physician is young but knowledgeable on many things that pertain to my health; she does send you to a specialist if she feels you need care she cannot provide which is what any patient should want; she is leaving her practice and i will miss her very much; i think a lot of doctors are leaving the medical pracitice and this will mean one less medical professional for a small rural area;

She sends me to other doctors when she does not know for sure what is wrong. She could be like my last dr. and keep me medicated and coming back but she cares and wants to find out what is wrong. She is a wonderful dr.

Dr. Bartow has been my dr. for a year and a half and has been very polite and professional.She is so good, I have to wait for 6 months for a gyno appointment. If she was so terrible, why would she be booked up for so long.
