I went to Dr. Nagel for a Pap smear today. He was a wonderful doctor and had impeccable bedside manner. This type of appointment usually isn't very pleasant but I felt very comfortable with him and the nurse. To be honest, I wish he was my family doctor

Best dr and staff. I have never had an issue with his staff or with him giving me and my family as much time as needed. This is why I don't mind waiting to see him

Without a doubt the best Doctor in Durham. Never rushes you, asks questions and is always very polite. He goes above and beyond which is extremely rare today. He took me on as a patient even though he wasn't technically taking new clients. I highly recommend him and his staff!

We've had good experiences and bad. I only go to this clinic if I'm in a pinch now because my GP is unavailable. My husband went in with a chest cold, and what he thought was strep. He was sent home telling him to return if it got worse, no swab done. 2 days later he was coughing up green phlegm and feeling worse so he returned. After another 1.5 hour wait, he was sent home AGAIN with no meds. (Green phlegm is a sign of infection, no?). 3 days later he returned because it was getting even worse. This had developed into bronchitis AND pneumonia!!! 2 weeks off work was required. Not impressed, which is unfortunate because he seems like a really nice man. We won't be going back.

Great doc who is amazing with my kids!!! He is gentle when speaking and physical contact with them!! They are not afraid to go to the doctors...he always has a smile and never makes you feel rushed!

Clinical care was good, staff customer service terrible. Their phone system is ridiculous. Nobody ever answers the phone despite leaving messages to call the nurses back. I will never ever use them again. Rather drive 20 mins further and get proper response from the staff.

Hands down the best doctor there is. such a friendly, knowledgeable and thorough doctor. I am always able to get an appt short notice. the receptionists and nurses are also wonderful.

Dr Daniel Na gel is very careful Doctor with sincere attitude with his patients as far as I have considered. Nurses are well,helpful, but one of the receptionist who is to young need a bit more trainee in regards of her Job status for the better cooperation with patients, the other receptionist who is at mid age are very kind, polite and helpful.
