Zero stars would be more appropriate. Rushes through laser treatments; does not provide correct application of device. Unprofessional. Rude. Untrained people working as staff.... when she even has staff. She will lie to your face. If she thinks your 'stupid enough' to pay more than her listed rates, she will overcharge you. There are probably a few people out there who have wanted to file a lawsuit against her for malpractice. Avoid her!

Horrible!!! They act overly nice at first but in reality they are extremely rude individuals that do not respect patients.

I liked that she left it up to me as to whether my mom could discuss my exam.

Two days after receiving an unexpected bill from the office I received the first of many rude phone calls wanting immediate payment in full. Definitely only in it for the money.

I won a contest for a free tattoo laser removal. When I arrived for my first appointment, it was then I found that an OBGYN (female doctor) would be doing the procedures, STRANGE. After 3 treatments, I still have NO results. It is obvious she is doing this for money! She truly has no clue what she is doing and not even doing a decent job while at it. She is also extremely unprofessional, rude and uncaring for her "patients". After missing an appointment, I called her office and apologized tremendously, knowing I too am in the health care field, it is NOT something we do but life happens. She immediately became belligerent with me and stated I owed her 75$ for not showing. I explained to her that I could not and would not pay this "fee", she then told me that she would not resume treatments until I paid it. NOT PART OF THE AGREEMENT I SIGNED FOR THE PRIZE. So now that SHE is backing out of an written agreement, I will contact my attorney. I asked her for a receipt indicating I did not receive all treatments that I "won" since I have to claim the prize and her response was " we do not have receipts here". UM HELLO LIAR, you DO TOO!!! So I asked for a typed letter to which she responded, NO I wont do that for you....FRAUD!!! I'm sure she will still turn it in that she provided the full amount of treatments. Since I have read reviews from you OBGYN patients who indicate as well that she is unprofessional and only in it for MONEY.
WORSE physician I have ever encounter! And would NEVER recommend her for laser tattoo removal, SHE HAS NO CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING!!!! report to be filed with the BBB next!

I agree with the other comments that Dr. O'Young is only in it for the money. For the last few years, after the ACA went into affect, her office still charged me co pays for my well woman's visits. Each time I asked why that was, and there was never a clear explanation. The ding bat who runs the front office just would say to me there's a co pay and that's how it's always been. I work in healthcare and know for a fact that there should have been no co pays charged. My co pay was only $30 though or I would not have been able to see her. She is very unprofessional and makes you feel stupid for asking questions about your health. I asked her legitimate questions about the diaphragm and she mocked and laughed at me and basically said it's useless and to continue on the pill. I left her office that morning and never returned. The lady who does the billing is very annoying and sometimes down right rude.

I would not recommend Dr O'Young to anyone. In my opinion she is only a Doctor for the money. After being a patient for many years and who has now turned 65' Dr O'Young will no longer see me as a patient because she does not accept Medicare. Guess she gets enough of your insurance and private pay dollars before a person becomes eligible for Medicare. Plus Medicare is not an option a person can choose. It is mandatory once you are retired and no longer working for a company that provides health insurance. Also Dr O'Young does not even inform you of this fact. The only way you find out is by calling the office. Beware -- she doesn't care about her patients only her bank account.
