Being his patient a few years. Can get any examination paper if it is necessary. Feel satisfaction with his treatment all the time.

Really bad doctor. Would not recommend. He does not listen. He doesn't care about your concerns or pains... just says no to everything. Wouldn't even write me a simple blood test. Will absolutely never go to see him again. Horrible! Horrible!

Dr. Ying is a great doctor. He is very professional, a good listener and offers me suggestions in a kind and respectful way. I like the way he systematically explains what potential issues could be and next steps. I'm very happy being his patient.

Thanks to the doctor's hunch I discovered a serious condition. He was fairly professional and I have absolutely no complaints.

Excellent doctor! After doing the test that I had gone in for, he actually took time to give me advice and to make lifestyle suggestions, etc. Honestly - I did not find him condescending at all. I really liked him and will probably go back. The downside to that clinic, of course, is that you do have to wait a long time. Fortunately, you can "check in", leave and then come back later. If you do that, the wait isn't too bad at all. Checking in can be a bit of a challenge as well if the receptionists are on the phone. They are friendly, but will keep you waiting. Overall, very impressed with Dr. Ying and would definitely recommend him.

He is condescending and does not listen. He would probably be happier worrying in a lab with very little human contact. He doesn't even no what flovent can cause bronchitis as a side effect and he will get upset if you ask him about side effects. Pharmaceutical reps will love this guy. Don't let him talk down to you even though he may have passes med school he definitely failed interpersonal skills 101.

Dr. Ying was very nice, and in many ways better than Dr. Leong, who really didn't give much attention or respect to me when I tried to tell her my situation. Dr. Ying's treatments were very effective and thorough, and best of all he takes time to explain to me what's going on, which made me feel more assured. He's very young and maybe that's why he's so energetic. I wish he can keep his style of practice up and not turn into those rude and careless doctors.

I thought he was quite kind and efficient. He listened, asked questions and I was very pleased with his response to my problems. I will go back.

Great doctor! Listened to my problems well and had good solutions and follow up plans. Somewhat stiff but friendly.
