Very disappointed with the receptionist- Simone. The woman does not pick up your call. Very frustrating if you are trying to schedule an appointment. Doctor and the assistant are aloof and they the overall vibe at the clinic is they don't care about you.

tons of pentients have walked away from this social n nightmare with financial investments in his pharma store downstairs and criminal dispensing of non necessary prescriptions. His former partner at Kings Medical Hospital decades ago was jailed for fraud but someone this scary obnoxious creature continues to get away with murder, literally. Beware. Avoid like the plague.

Do not go to this Dr. He blew off my husband's test results 7 years ago and it turned out had a serious lung condition. He then refused to forward the records unless we paid. Unprofessional.

After 5 months I,m still waiting for my Drug Authorization Form i gave to Simone( she said she cant find) , I gave one also to Dr. Semprum last visit and they cant find either because my wife was there this week. Dr. Hopkins is my Doctor for over 30 years, The STAFF? I,m not sure anymore.

I have been Dr. Hopkin's patient for many years, and have always appreciated his intellect and willingness to consider the patient's perspective, a sure sign of a competent and confident professional. Dr. Hopkins understand that health care is a team effort on the part of the doctor and the patient. Great guy! I dread his retirement.

The staff and David the physician assistant are great. John Hopkins the doctor knows his stuff but he's a gruff and rude old school type. Ask for David, unless you want Hopkins talking to you like you're 12 years old.

Called this office and spoke with "Simone" ... terribly rude individual .. one would wonder if she is not unstable. Read some of the "positive" reviews regarding this office .. no doubt written by Simone .. sounds very much the way she speaks .. Simone if you do not like your job .. do yourself some good and leave it, if not for yourself ... for the people who call in ... one would also wonder why this doctor would retain this individual as a employee, I'm sure he is aware of her lack of professionalism.
