Dr.Chand is such a compassionate physician. She always takes time to genuinely listen and address concerns. There have been some trying health issues in our family, and both the staff and Dr. Chand, have always been responsive to our needs. We appreciate Dr.Chand and her staff so much.

Both my husband and I feel Dr. Chand is a caring doctor. She is eager to listen to our concerns and is quick to set up exrays, blood work or whatever is needed to get us answers. She is very kind and eager to help us with the issues we are dealing with. We left Dr. D.Baylee because he’s the very opposite of what she stands for. She has many patience but took us in anyway. We have no regrets for this move. She has been our dr. for over 5 years and we are still thankful to have her.

I've been dealing with chronic back issues for almost 3 years. Dr. Chand has never once examined me herself, she's dismissive, and continuously tells me its not her job to fill out my disability paperwork. She does zero follow up, and has absolutely no idea what's gone on with the specialists she's sent me to. It takes a month, to a month and a half to get an appointment, and she's never stayed in the room with me for longer than 5 minutes. The office isn't much better. Lost paperwork, test results not forwarded with referrals, and excessive wait times. This office has WAY more patients than they can effectively handle, and I'm tired of fighting to be taken care of.

I would not recommend Dr. Chand to anybody looking for a doctor who takes the time to listen and follow up with patients. One review has said that she has too many patients to take the time necessary to listen to concerns and I fully agree. She is pushy, cuts you off when you speak, does not listen to what the patient is telling her in regards to how they feel and their concerns, does not follow up on any tests and expects you to contact her instead, and does not show a lot of compassion at all for the difficulties you are facing with your health. Wait times to get in are extremely long. The office is very disorganized and full of miscommunication regarding appointment times. I’ve had multiple missed appointments with no explanation. I have not had a good experience with this doctor at all, and feel like I was not heard when it came to something as important as my emotional and physical health.

My mother has been having severe medical issues and Dr. Chand even gave my mother her cell phone number if she needed to talk to her. She is very helpfully and friendly.

Dr.Chand is not helpful at all, I’ve had knee pain and have had it since 2016 after a car accident. She just tells me to walk it off, what kind of professional does that with out sending me for test to make sure nothing is wrong. My knees are still in pain, and I haven’t had any tests done. She told my family she is done dealing with us which is funny because she is never at her clinic, or just ignores our problems when she is around. She told my family that she no longer wants to see us and that we should find a new family doctor, which is unacceptable behaviour for a doctor. You cannot refuse to see your patients because you no longer feel like dealing with their medical problems. Do not make Dr. Chand your family doctor or you’ll be pushed aside and your medical problems will be ignored.

I have been suffering from lower back, hip and buttocks pain for so long. She refuses to listen and judge’s me. Does not send me for any test. No support from my Doctor. Sometimes I’m in so much pain I just want to die.
