Dr. Chand is such a great physician. So caring and helpful and always follow through. Her receptionist- Sabrina is very efficient and such a great worker. They both make such a great team.

Whenever you call you left on hold for 10 to 20 minutes which in itself is unacceptable. Then if you're fortunate enough to get an appointment it's at least four to six weeks away. And when you do get in to see her you are immediately dismissed, she never does any type of physical examination. The worst doctor I have ever dealt with.

Dr Chand is one of the absolute worst, negligent physicians I have ever been to. She has never given me a physical examination, has not given me DX from specialists, has severly damaged my health. I do not understand how she is still practicing? I will be seeking legal advice as she has failed me tremendously and will face the consequences of her abhorrent actions and lack if care. Do not use thus Dr if you care about your wellbeing!!!!

Dr. Chand has the potential to be an excellent physician however she has too many patients to spend very much time with each. I'm sure she is following the current Ontario guidelines for time spent with each patient. Unfortunately if one person spends more than 7 minutes with the Dr. the others are rushed through their appointment. She has always been proactive about my health and caring.

All the negative feedback and yet, she continues to neglect her patients!!! We should all be reporting this physician for failure to act and negligence. I will be. This is unacceptable and should be dealt with. She is damaging lives!!!!

Rushes all the time, never listens to what is ailing me. Never fills out documentation properly. Sends wrong prescriptions to pharmacy. She can be very rude at times, as well as her staff. It takes months to get an appointment.

Messes up all documentation, never has time for the patient, and it takes more than a month to make an appointment. Saw her at Walmart, she acted embarrassed and gave excuses as to why she was there. Very stuck up.
