Dr. Alturk is the best! We never have a problem getting in the same day! She is very helpful and spends the time needed to answer and explain all of your questions. The staff is wonderful also! Dr. Alturk is okay if you are a believer in non-wax which is hard to find. Very great doctor we will stick with her forever and recommend her to everyone!!

Dr. Alturk was recommended to us by a friend...there is hardly ever a wait... she does anwser personal calls right away... we never feel rushed...shes very likable...the staff is friendly...shes very helpfull...i strongly recommend her!

After an unpleasant experience with another pediatrician, we found Dr. Alturk almost a year ago. She is wonderful. Phone calls are promptly returned & sick appointments can almost always be made for the same day. The wait in the office is short, if there even is one. When my son has gotten sick on the weekend or after hours, Dr. Alturk responds to a page within a few minutes (seriously, minutes, and she's pleasant at 11PM). The dr & her staff are kind, professional, and compassionate. I am more than happy with this office & recommend them to everyone.

I got very lucky when choosing my pediatrician! I ended up choosing Dr. Alturk initially because she was close to the hospital I delivered in. I actually met her when my daughter was born. But I am so happy that I made that choice! I have never had a problem making an appointment or getting return phone calls. The most I've ever waited in the office was 15 minutes. Whenever my daughter gets sick on the weekend or during late hours - I beep Dr. Alturk who responds LITERALLY within 2 or 3 minutes. She is the only Dr. in the practice and has 2 nurses. ALL SWEETHEARTS and tell it to you straight! They are not pushy like some other doctors and will help you make the right decisions for your child. I highly recommend her for any kids - all around I thank GOD she's my daughters Pediatrician! (Yasmeen's Mom!)

Dr. Sue (Alturk) is a very freindly and knowledgeable pediatriction. You will see Dr. Alturk everytime as she owns and operates her pratice. You will see her and only her. I dislike other offices with 8 or 9 Docs on duty. If your child is sick 99.9% of the time you will get a sameday app. From my personal exp. she never made my kids wait when they were sick. She is more than paitent and sweet with children. If you have a silly question or a more serious issue she will address all of you concerns in a professional and kind manner. We changed our Pediatriction a few years ago. (good choice on my part) My oldest son and I didn't care for him. My kids can now go to the doctors without being scared. She understands all of your questions and concerns; as she is a mom herself, Just like you and I. Oh, and I also must say the same about her nurses and staff. A+ all the way!
