this doctor is the rudest pain doctorI have ever met. NOT helpful or even compassionate. My husband was referred to him as he had fibromyalgia, Addisons disease, white matter syndrome, depression, chronic pain, back fusion, knee injuries - I could go on. anyways our first meeting with him he was very rude and rash. said my husband didn't have fibromyalgia as only WOMEN have it...really??? then cut his meds down - asked who is GP was and went on and on about how terrible our GP was and that he should be arrested...took my husband off some of his pain meds and made my husbands life more miserable - we tried again to see him on a follow up and we honestly said how we felt about our first experience with him and said he doesn't listen to what you say - and he got all agitated. Thank goodness we never went back but I was just appalled at his bedside manner and even his nurse knew he wasn't fit to be a good doctor - maybe he is a good doctor but sure treats his patients like terrible. My husband was emotionally hurt after that visit and really devastated him. Made him think he was crazy. its terrible that this man who calls himself a doctor thinks he is helping his patients out by making them feel so terrible themselves when they really do need help. In reading all the reviews I knew we were right in feeling the way we did about Dr. Oliver.

Not a very caring Dr. he is rude and doesn’t listen to anything you have to say. He acts like a bully and he knows everything about you when you first meet him. Gave me an injection where I didn’t need an injection Has a real God complex. Stay away from him.

Jack a#% ! Weirdo ! Very first visit , ( I’m there for spinal injuries) I was in a very bad wreck 7 years ago & had massive injuries. Was prescribed pain meds & other meds . Chose to wean myself off pain meds a few weeks in . This was 10 years ago . My chronic pain continues to be debilitating, I’m getting older & arthritis is becoming more of an issue . My gp sent me to this arrogant , rude & very very odd lil man . So with that being said here is what happened .ll... first off office seems grungy & cramped . There a huge dog in the office , and without knowing my history or any sort of an examination, within literally 5 mins this freaking weirdo looks at me and asks if I was molested ? Switched my perfectly fine antipdepressant that I’d be on & felt really helped a tremendous amount , & w/o any weird side affects, to one that just came in the market & was VERY VERY Expensive. Well it definitely didn’t help. It did the opposite & all this because of a referral from my GP. Who in my gp’s defense had no clue about this weirdo ..when I told him he shocked & mortified & vowed never to send another patient to him . Now I’d like to know how this man comes to the conclusion that I must have been molested / and was manafesting my pain . It other words may pain wasn’ from my previous injuries they were psychosomatic. ALL IN MY HEAD . All this from talking to me mere minutes . And to clarify that was 100% not the case . I felt humiliated & demoralized & stunned my this guys inept assment . Forget this dude . He’s a weirdo & a total quack .. I see now I’m not the only one he’s insulted & pissed off . Worst doctor ever !!!!

Dr. Oliver basically accused me of seeking drugs when I was referred to him. He was rude, cruel, and just had an absolutely horrible bedside manner. You shouldn’t be a doctor if you’re not going to care about and be kind to your patients—end of story. I don’t recommend him to anyone. Ever.

Worst ever just filling out needed forms for wheel chair patient that an 8 year old could have accomplished. Have gone round many times with his office as he refused to follow simple instructions from the wheel chair provider until he finally just left us with useless documentation which guaranteed Medicare would deny, which leaves my mother 100% stranded if her current powered wheel chair can't make it, until we find a competent doctor. This was a year of effort - apparently wasted time. GOOD LUCK if you use his services. I am relaying this for my mother who seems to think he was often helpful, though I believe he may have prescribed the Lipitor that gave her great pain until we got her off it. He paid no attention to what needed to be prescribed and documented for Medicare to cover a powered chair, despite repeated clear instructions from the provider. Now we may have to start a whole complex process all over again with a competent doctor. He seems to have plenty of time to become Mr. Weightlifter America but can't find 2 minutes to correctly write a correct description to help someone get a wheel chair they desperately need.

I saw him at the VA clinic and while I was trying to tell him about my pain, he interrupted me and asked me what happened to me when I was a kid. I said , "Excuse me?" He went on to explain because I am a woman, my real problem is some trauma I experienced in childhood. That all women claim to be in physical pain when they are really crazy not in actual pain. I am not making this up. Then he told me I'm not in any more pain than he is. He hadn't even looked at my X-rays yet. Then he prescribed me the minimum dose of a weak painkiller and said if it didn't help my pain (at that dose) I'm a drug addict.

He is a horrible horrible doctor. He doesn't listen and he certainly doesn't care about his patients. I cannot believe he is allowed to practice medicine.

Dr Oliver has been a life saver. His bedside manner does leave a bit to be desired until he gets to know you. If you go in his office hunting drugs, he'll make sure you leave hating him.if you are in pain, and you listen to him, he will help you. I was suicidal when I first met him, tired of hurting all the time. He saved me.
