Great doctor. Always available for me when I need her. Always makes me feel better.

Cyndi is always available and responds to emails immediately.
Can’t wait to see her in the spring again. Always love talking with her too.

Great team.

I used to love seeing her and Cyndi. After 25 years, I am becoming skeptical. A lack of empathy is starting to show. Feeling unwell? Change the medication or add to it!

They are back in office after a long hiatus due to the Pandemic !!!!!!
thank goodness for small miracles. So nice to finally see them both and do know they continue to as a well-oiled machine. It's always a pleasure to see their smiling faces.

I was so happy to finally see these two again. They are a great team and I really missed seeing them. I left the office feeling so much better then when I came in. Even Covid couldn't keep these two down!!!!!

Please learn this stuff...telling someone they are depressed is NOT AN ANSWER.
How do we diagnose PTSD?

Like most other psychiatric conditions, PTSD is a clinical diagnosis. That means we diagnose PTSD by the symptoms presented by the patient. Clinicians look for a constellation of symptoms for a diagnosis: 1) History of exposure to trauma; 2) Intrusive symptoms such as frequent flashbacks, nightmares, intrusive memories; 3) avoiding any reminder of trauma (e.g. veteran avoiding watching Saving Private Ryan), and its memories; 4) hyperarousal (e.g. hypervigilance, sleep disturbances, being easily startled); 5) negative emotions and affect; and 6) significant distress or dysfunction. When enough number of the above criteria is met, a diagnosis of PTSD is made.

I have been seeing Dr. Taylor since she diagnosed me at 16, I am now 34. She is an amazing doctor. I function as well as I do because of her continued help. Her office coordinator Cyndi goes above and beyond. If I'm in urgent need of an appointment Cyndi makes it work. My pharmacy is terrible and Cyndi is so patient with me when dealing with them and resolves any issues in a blink. I miss seeing her and Dr. Taylor's smile! Hoping to see you ladies soon!

Although Covid has been quite challenging for every one, this team of two have managed to maintain care and compassion to us as patients. Miss seeing them in person, especially cindy’s smile and laugh. Dr Taylor saved my live and continues to be there for me whenever I need her.

I logged on to comment and noticed that there was a negative comment below, however, I had the complete contrary experience with this doctor. Found her to be helfpul, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. i am now hopeful that I will be feeling better soon and able to move on with my life.

Missing Dr Taylor and Cyndi since Covid, but still receiving great care by telephone. They remain to be a great team even during these difficult times. Can’t wait to see them again soon.
