Dr. Lorraine Taylor is amazing! I've been a patient of hers for over 20 years and can honestly say that without her, I don't think I'd be alive. She's been an incredible help to my family as well. Her secretary Cyndi is amazingly kind as well.

Dr Taylor took over my care after my psychiatrist retired. I love seeing her. Always makes me laugh and I leave feeling much better. So glad that my old psychiatrist’s assistant stayed as cyndi is always a pleasure to see and chat with.

Saw this doctor for a one time assessment. Sent by my insurance company. I was nervous at first, but the secretary made me feel super comfortable and relaxed prior to me even seeing the doctor. She explained why I was there and made me laugh. She has a great smile and is very friendly. The doctor was down to earth and relaxed and explained everything to me as well. Great experience at this office. Wish I could see her on a regular basis.

Love the office atmosphere. Sent for a on time insurance assessment and so comfortable. Learned more in one session than I have in my lifetime. Dr Taylor is great. Anyone lucky enough to see her regularly should be grateful. She’s a book of knowledge. Her staff is quite charming and super friendly. She explained everything to me prior to me seeing the doctor and made me feel at ease.

Dr. Taylor has been treating my son since he was a teenager; he is now in his mid thirties. She has a gift of quickly understanding a patient's personality and how their mental illness impacts it.. I credit her for saving my son's life; he was in very bad shape when he first started with her after having little sucess getting help in Niagara. She says it straight and in my son's case, she told him that behaviours he was having had nothing to do with his multiple disorders and that he needed to address these behaviours. While he was young, Dr. Taylor had no problem with me coming into his sessions since I was the one looking after him for the most part. She did ask me to leave when she though he needed to talk to her privately. He now is well enough to go on his own and he is doing great. Dr. Taylor and my son work well together to achieve the best person he can be. Cyndi is a wealth of knowledge and does a super job of keeping things running smoothly . Thesee two women work very well together in making sure the patients are well taken care of.

Saw this doctor for first time after seeing dr guscott for many many years. Felt extremely comfortable and confident with her treatment suggestions. Glad cindy stayed with the clinic. Her smile lights up the room and always enjoy chatting with her. She is always so kind and always make you laugh while waiting for your appointment. Looking forward to continuing with dr taylor.

I have to disagree with the previous post. Dr T and Cyndi have been the biggest help to myself and my son. How does a Dr get to know you if she can’t relate to ones daily adventures which helps my son understand and relate. Dr Taylor is so understanding and cyndi will get me in for an appointment at the drop of a pin. Dr Taylor has always been very professional and empathic and has provided more than just medication for my family including completing forms for
my disabled son and communicating with his school. I highly recommend this clinic. Love the atmosphere and friendliness.

I've seen this doctor for a few years. I'm worried about how moody she is. I think its getting worse. She talks about herself and her own struggles when I tell her about mine. Lots of pills. That's all I get from her. Secretary is one of those really dumb and really nice people that is always good to see. I think she's taking a lot and I wish her well. I'm about done with this
