Dr. Edworthy is amazing! He helped me figure out what was wrong after years of not knowing. He truly gave me my life back.

Had several bad reactions to medications and wouldn’t return my calls. Told him about having digestive issues for years, he said we all tend to eat poorly. Turns out I’m celiac. I turned to medical marijuana because the sickness and pain was so bad and what I got was a lecture about how it was making me lazy and fat. The last medication he prescribed made me suicidal and break out in boils. I left 2 frantic voicemails and neither were returned. I cannot believe this guy is a doctor. I’ve been told he is supposedly the best in Western Canada. Waiting a year to switch was the best move I ever made. Found a medication that works, figured out my stomach issues and now I’m back to work full time, going to the gym, and can actually be a normal parent. No thanks to this guy. Cannot believe people like this stay employed.

Told me to sing more to stop my chronic pain. Then failed to inform me about needing to sign a release for quite a few months, holding me back from getting help from a rheumatologist who is actually going to help me and not tell me to “sing” to make it go away.
Also one of my friends is awaiting a call back for further treatment since 2017... so might wanna get on that since she’s worse off than me.

Presents well at first but does NOT LISTEN. I had very bad reactions to most of the medications he prescribed and he gave me a hard time for turning to CBD. I also complained that even though I eat healthy I always have stomach trouble and nausea. He brushed it off as me lying and still eating poorly. Turns out I’m celiac. He does not tell people they should be seeing a chiropractor or give advice on how to care for this disease other than pushing pills. Glad to see others got the care that they needed but unfortunately I had to request for another Doctor and it took a year. Overall I’m very disappointed with this experience.

I have been a patient with Dr. Edworthy for more than 20years. He has always been patient, concerned, helpful, a good listener and knowledgeable. I completely trust him and hope he never retires!

Not helpful, would not return calls when having SEVERE reactions to medications and scoffed when I turned to marijuana. I am a private person, group info sessions are not how I want to be educated on my diagnosis.

I was a healthy and vibrant woman when suddenly I became ill. After a long roller coaster ride in search of getting a proper diagnosis, I was referred to Dr. Eworthy. He is my saviour. He took the time to read my file and with all the blood work he was able to give me a diagnosis. He is kind, patient-friendly and very profession. Now I am living a normal life without the unexplained symptoms. Dr. Edworthy is by far the best Dr. I've ever had.
