I had really bad back pain. Did everything. Tried everything. Pain pills and muscle relaxers (but stopped because I felt like I would turn into an addict. Chiro massage PT no good either. Injections of steroids, PRP, and even autologous stem cell! Anything to avoid surgery! Dr woliner knows trigger point therapy and found my quadratic lumborum side musclento be the culprit. Stretching with the cold spray did wonders, especially when he fixed my short hip and thyroid. I now stretch not just every day, but whenever I can! It really helps!
