Today was my first visit to Dr. Minz and I found her to be an absolute pleasure. She spoke directly to me, explained to my issue and assured me that my problem would disappear. She did not rush me out of her exam room and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Minz

dr minz saw my daughter and I for maybe 3 minutes. She did not take any time to learn about my daughters history and what her current challenges were. Prescribed some meds and sent us out the door. Was a very negative experience.

honestly i feel like some of these ratings are made up to help the ratings because my surgery has been almost 12 years now since 2010 she did a good job on the surgery removing the fatty tissue from the outside of my throat but for some reason my larynx was swollen for many years and she never took the time to figure it out it all began with a pain in my trout after the surgery she said it was normal and it it go away but it never did after a year of dealing with a sour throat that never went away i revisited her and all she kept saying was my larynx was so swollen and she would send me for test but i had to do the follow-ups she never once say ok the problem persist lets try something else so i got fed-up and never went back 12 years later the problem with my throat is still there and getting worse to the point where i spit up blood after coughing I cant cry because ill choke i cant laugh as hard as i use too because ill choke i cant shout because ill choke cant even sing like i use to because ill choke there are days when i get a dry continuous cough because the throat is irritated which i now believe its a scar tissue and she never took the time to figure it out i had to do it all by myself and I'm very disappointed in my after care service, on top of that she kept giving me acid indigestion pills which only made the situation worse i had to throw them away because every night i would be awake coughing

It's taking way to long to get my sinus treatment & recovery as doctor is not willing to provide any sort of proper treatment: it's almost 2 years since I started visiting her clinic but my health got worst and here is no light in the tunnel ahead.
On the top of that office's receptionist is always showing her attitude, rude and unfriendly.
And this is called Canadian health system. More like a business in here.

I am not thrilled with the overall service. While Dr. Minz is very patient and courteous, I am very frustrated at the time she took to refer my mom to a specialist. My mom has a severe sinus infection. Dr. Minz had her on 3 rounds of antibiotics, nose rinse however they did not help and caused more side effects. After almost a year to treatment, she was referred to a surgeon for surgery.

She visited the surgeon a few months ago and was told they are so behind because of Covid that they cannot guarantee a date for surgery.

My mom is in pain, can hardly breathe at times and crying constantly. That doctor give her a prescription for the same antibiotics as Dr. Minz (now 4 rounds). She is 75 and I feel because of her age, she is being overlooked.

Absolutely amazing doctor! Highly recommended. We have been to two other ENTs who recommended ear cleaning under anesthesia. Dr. Minz was able to do it within a few minutes without any tears!

Dr. Minz has been my ENT for around 20 years. Her expertise, professionalism and bedside manner are impeccable. I have been under her care for my sinuses, vocal cords and hearing checks. She conveniently has an audiologist who works in her office so the hearing tests can be done on site and the results are received very quickly (during the visit, I believe).

Reception team is great, very organized and I did not wait more than a few minutes each appointment. However, I was incredibly disappointed with Dr. Minz. She did not allow me tome to speak and explain my medical history which lead me to seek an ENT assessment. Give me 5 minutes of her time and brushed me off to the next doctor. Negative experience.

Dr. Minz and staff are always very personable and understanding.. I have been seeing her for almost 20 years and totally trust her skills and knowledge regarding any ENT procedures.
