Dr. Chen is always happy at the office. He is a great listener to his patients, answers questions, and is very knowledgable and compassionate about his work. He does not ever cover up the results of tests or minimize any treatment side effects which is essential in treating cancer patients. The staff are so friendly and will bend over backwards to help everyone. They return calls within a couple hours and are sympathetic of patient needs and any "stupid" questions. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his partner Dr. Bhatnagar. I've never had trouble with medications or anything else.
