Every question I had regarding my mom's condition. Her famous dialogue was ask your family doctor . She seemed rather rude. For a kidney specialist she is not knowledgeable at all.

Almost seems like her responses are scripted and like it is somehow a put out to be dealing with you. Brushes off concerns and has little in the way of being proactive or any bedside manner. Only shining light is the efficiency in the coordination and handling in the department BEFORE you are actually seen.

Dr. Dipchand had great bedside manner with the patient I had accompanied for consultation. She was very thorough in her questions and answered the questions of the patient very clearly. Her attitude was of one trying to make sure things were as clear as possible and had taken the time to do so. She was about 1/2 hour late for our scheduled appointment but was busy with another patient, probably going through the same process.

From my experience she is very condescending with staff and Patients. She has a bedside manner like a turnip. Sick and tired of her famous responce " Its not dialysis related so see your family MD. At least pretend you care....

This doctor was very pleasant helpful, she took her time asked many questions, referred my son to an endocrinologist and a diatician, I was very pleased with all she had done!!

Very dismissive. Not proactive. Feels like you're bothering her with questions. Staff is very warm and helpful, shame it's not a match.

I have been accompanying my 85 year old aunt to her for a couple of years and find her to be kind and compassionate with her, she is always willing to listen and answer questions,I would recommend her to others.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dipchand's for about 3 years and have always found her knowledgable,professional,and caring. She responds to phone calls in a timely way and is always willing to consult with other professionals as necessary. I could not ask for a better nephrologist.

Knows medicine, but DOES NOT care about how kidney disease affects her patients. Zero compassion, and even less interest in anything that's not a straightforward bloodwork result. Pitiful.
