My only complaint about Dr. P. is that he did not follow me to Ontario when I had to move! I would count myself very, very fortunate if I ever again find a doctor who is as kind, caring and knowledgeable as he.

Dr pereira has been mine and my 4 children's gp for over 8 years, and he is by far the best doctor I've ever had.

perfect score, i would not be here if not for pauls quick action x2. i have been pauls patient for about 7 or 8 years. i am about 55 and i have lived across canada being a military type brat and also being ex military myself so ive had more than a few mds. hands down, the best yet. if his head swells a little when he reads this, thats ok he deserves it. if you are looking for an up to date, caring md, imho you can not do better, and he is just a nice guy too. carry on paul, and thanks again!!!!

He quickly "gets" the situation, and is very easy to talk to, has a good listening style and seems to care. always professional yet approachable.

Dr. Pereira is my personal Dr. as well as my children's G.P. We have been clients for roughly 6 years now, and have always been very happy with his care. Dr. Pereira is friendly, courteous, and helpful during our visits, and all of my children are at ease during checkups. When we are seen my questions are answered promptly, and when something needs more research I receive a call from Dr. Pereira personally to follow up with more detail. When care is needed with little notice, we can normally expect to be seen next day (whereas my husband who sees another Dr. can expect to wait weeks for an urgent care appt). My only negative feedback is for his front desk staff who don't seem to always be on top of paperwork when it is requested by other providers. I had a specialist call several times for info to be faxed, and nothing showed up until I made two additional phone calls. Not cool.

Dr. Pereira has been my family physician for over 6 years and I feel so very fortunate to have been taken on as his patient, along with my three children. We are all very healthy, but whenever something comes up, Dr. Pereira is most stellar in his approach towards providing the best health care possible. I have a deep and abiding respect for Paul and feel very fortunate that he is my physician!

Paul has been my doctor for over 6 years. Since I am usually very healthy I never knew if he was a great doctor or not because I never needed anything more than the usual check-ups and such. This all changed when I went in with a mysterious inflammation that wouldn't go away. I could tell by the look on his face that he was taking it very seriously in spite of him telling me it was probably only a bacterial infection. His concern over my health - ordered immediate tests well above and beyond what was needed for an infection - was what lead to very early diagnosis of a rare and deadly cancer. If he had not been so concerned and knowledgeable about this kind of cancer he might have wasted time and that in turn would have been a death sentence for me. I'm now in treatment and have a good chance of surviving, all thanks to an early diagnosis. Paul is a great doctor and cares deeply about his patients.
