I HAD Hepatitis C, and Dr. Gregory Kwok and his wonderful staff were more the miracle workers. I am the type that worries about every little thing, and the whole staff quickly answered my questions, and "I am cured and alive" due to this Dr. and staff. I can say what kind of a man Dr. Kwok is as I have been seeing him as needed since 2005. Please, if you are looking for the best, Doctor Gregory Kwok is the way to go. I need to see him now...but I have so much respect for Dr. Kwok and his staff, I will wait for him to become available. The complaints below have not one time happened to me. I am with Dr. Kwok: State what is wrong, advise instructions, do the as told, and you may be as successful as my experience is. Dr. Kwok is a busy man. He helps, and saves lives'. Everything is in his notebook so he is ready. He gets the job done. No sense in a bunch of talk. With me, all I cared to talk about one time to get the cure. Other issues his staff will help you happily. To anyone who has bad things to say, I am sure it was you not Dr. Kwok. He is compassionate, understanding, answers all my questions all the time. I will not see anyone else.

I had a terrible experience. Honestly worst doctor experience to date and I've had some bad experiences. Like some others have said I had the experience where he seemed greatly uninterested. I've seen fast food workers with more enthusiasm. I'm having intense pain in my stomach. He barely spoke to me before he started going over his FODMAP diet. First of all if I needed a nutritionist I'd get one. What I have is a stomach issue. Now after you ran all your tests and you know 100% what the issue is and your FODMAP would be relevant I'd be happy to hear about it. Not 30 seconds after speaking to you when you have no idea what is going on. What a waste of hard earned money. I wouldn't trust this guy to apply a band aid properly. Seek his counsel at your own risk. Plus the punctuality really is 1 star or less. 10am appointment. Get there early. See the doctor after 10:30am to have him look woefully bored.

Dr. Gregory Kwok is very knowledgeable, kind, patient. I never felt rushed, confused or uncomfortable. I would recommend and have recommended him to my closest friends.

Spouse and I have been seeing him since 1998. Yes he is busy but that is because he is good at what he does. On site surgical center for colonoscopies and other interventions makes it easier to get things done. He does care about his patients and he does listen and explain, you just have to ask. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Greg to anyone. If you want the best GI care in Vegas, he and his colleagues are the ones to see.

Like somebody else mention, "useless!" First time I went to see him I had a lot going on with my digestive system.He did a colonoscopy to determine what was wrong with me. The results were good but still no answers just prescriptions that made matters worst. After 4 years of still looking for answers I went back to him and same thing. I felt jipped again. It felt like I was only a bother to him. He never made eye contact once again, and he raises his voice when he he is trying to make a point.He said not to be concern unless I had bloody stools.

Great Doctor. Him and his assitant are always caring and willing to help. Hard getting in to see him becuase he is so busy. But highly recommended

He's nice, kind of unless you take up too much time and then you won't get him to listen to you. He was my liver specialist until he decided that he will make more money doing colonoscopies and ENS so he passed me onto specialists that are in SF and I live in LV but there are no liver transplant teams in this state so I'd have to go to them. Greg Kwok is nice but don't plan on talking to him for too long because he's so hyper that he can't sit down and talk for longer than what he has to say.
