Dr Flanagan is awesome ,she small talked with me about a trip I was going on . Gives good advise. Friendly ,professional ,the staff is nice .Couldnt ask for a better doctor

no personal or human conact at all.stares at computer, doesn't seem to hear me and has made mistakes on my patient notes.i feel rushed,not taken seriously and suffering desperately from side effects...but RA is better.i dont seem to fit in the "Most people have these side effects" category. i think this annoys her.i am on 2nd med now and feel terrible almost every day.if you give a cancer patient meds and they have S.E you give meds to counter those S.E.Why not with RA.vomitting,diahrea,heaving,no appetite,major weight loss,affecting me cognitively and at work.where is the quality of life?I would rather eat well and take regulated tylenol for pain than feel like this every day.it would be nice to be acknowledged as a human before being another $$$$$$$$$$$ these are life time meds that affect my liver.what do the side effects do to me in the long term....... :(

always in and out so quickly without being physically checked just doctor reading notes on computer and speaking rapidly not like the way I was treated at Mary Pack Arthritis Centre

I don't know where to begin. Dr Flanagan is the most incredible person. I love her. I have been seeing her now for just a little over 2yrs and she is so knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate & does what ever it takes to get answers. I usually show up with a list so I don't forget stuff, she reads the list and asks me about everything one at a time. and is typing all my responses etc. so she is documenting everything and addresses everything. I would recommend her to EVERYONE that needs a kick Ass Rheumatologist. And you never have to wait long once you get to your appointment. She gets 5 + stars from me.

I was so sick before I had gone to see Dr. Flanagan, I honestly thought that I would be a cripple as a middle aged woman. She has changed my life forever. I now have a healthy life with few limitations. My family and I owe her alot because the other doctors I saw just did not seem to care. Dr. Flanagan treated my arthritis aggressively. I just cannot say enough about her. I wish all doctors could be as compitent and compassionit as she is. Her office is run very efficently and I rarely have to wait for my appointment.

Outstanding speacialist. Courteous, polite and punctual. Promotes and encourages ones voice as a valued patient in both disease management and treatment options. Never impliments treatment without patient input. Ensures that current and accurate records are maintained, such as med lists, q visit. Provides highly credible support in her discussion with patients regarding treatment modalities, siting recent research studies that delineate why specific treatment options would or would not be indicated. Is self regulating and autonomous. Very approachable. Maintains a well organized office that demonstrates effective routines and procedures. Staff is respectful, efficient and pleasant. Office is characteristic of the profession and decore is appropriate. Patient waiting room is welcoming and comfortable, however it does lack size. Overall, I would highly recommend this specialist and the rest of her healthcare staff.

Agree with the other comments. I have seen many Rheumatologists over the last 20 years but Dr. Flanagan is absolutely the best. Very thoughtful, extremely bright, knowledgeable and efficient. Took a thorough history, recommended new meds. blood tests and procedures. Most importantly I trust her. Would that she was my G.P.!
