I trust Dr. Valenti very much. I am in the Healthcare field and has always impressed me. Practice seems really busy and not sure about this whole Privia thing yet.

I read all previous entries prior to selecting Dr. Valenti and opted to proceed although I was concerned about staff comments. After all, one does schedule appointments, handle insurance matters, blood work, follow-up, etc., all with staff. Unfortunately, I did find his staff to be rude and uncaring. Although I considered a high volume of patients and a busy office to be possible factors, after careful consideration, I concluded that patient care is the responsibility of each and every staff member and there is never an excuse for poor patient treatment. Dr. Valenti is superb, but this is simply not enough. I am seriously considering a change due to this important matter. Care is from the front desk to the physician visit and all in between. Staff training should include the very important fact that patients are paying clients, and as such we do have a choice of staying on or finding care elsewhere. I hope to see noticeable changes in the near future.

The Dr. Is good however his staff is the worst of any practice I have been to. They are rude under educated and have no respect for the sick patients they treat.

I've been going to Dr. Valenti for about 8 or 9 years. He always listens and has nailed every diagnosis so far, and I've a few unusual ones. He is fantastic!

Dr. Valenti is a great doctor. I can always been seen when I need to. His support staff is helpful. The last person's review is ridiculous! Maybe they should elaborate on his "catholic school boy attitude that borders on paranoia" and how that affected their medical care. That makes no sense. I have had nothing but good experiences. Not every doctor is meant for every personality, not a good reason to leave a nasty review with no real explanation.

Support Staff is rude & indifferent-We get better reception at the DMV! Valenti is mediocre at best. He has a diffident, tentative immature catholic school boy attitude that borders on sheer paranoia. Not recommended at all!

Before a friend referred me to Dr. Valenti, I had been to 4 MDs and 1 endocrinologist who couldn't figure out I had hypothyroidism. Finally found Dr. Valenti who properly diagnosed me. Drs. of Dr. Valenti's caliber would normally be found out of network, so I was very lucky he was in-network. The service was prompt, and I like how I can easily access my medical records (i.e. blood work and prescription refills) thru their website. Finally, Dr. Valenti LISTENED and TOOK TIME with me! All the others, especially the endocrinologist, were like rushing me out the door to get to the next patient!

Dr Valenti has been my doctor for 20 years, I would guess that means I like. He is always very attentive, and never makes me feel like he doesn't have time to listen to me. I know he is very busy but you could never tell by the way he makes me feel.

Support staff is terrible. Expect to be treated poorly and brushed off without an appointment for accute conditions. Dr. Valenti is a friendly doctor, but expected to feel like you are on a assembly line.

Thanks to Dr. Valenti I am here today. Not only is he one of the best doctors, he is one of the nicest. He saw subtle changes on an EKG and had me life flighted to save my life from a M/I (heart attack). He is one of the best diagnosticians. I am facing another serious medical situation (life threatening again) and Dr. Valenti not only called me very compassionate, but helped me get the next step help I need. Great Doctor, wonderful person. My husband and I both think he is the best! Their staff is busy, but I also have found them to be helpful.
