Referred by my family doctor to see Dr. Lee for eczema on my hand. Waited for about 1 hour. He saw me for about 5 mins in total. Just told me to moisturize my hand more often and sent me to a UV light therapy in one of his rooms. The size of the UV machine is like a small printer. What I was asked to do was to put my hand under the cover of the machine and keep my hand there for ~10 seconds. I was asked to have this therapy for as many times as I can and was asked to buy a pair of sunglasses to 'protect' my eyes, which I think is not necessary because the source of the UV is fully covered while it's working. I guess that's how he makes money. The front desk lady was rude when I told her I was not going to buy the sun glasses at that time. I also saw a bunch of people come to his clinic for that UV therapy on that day. Not recommended. He doesn't care of your skin, all he cares is money.

have waited for almost one hour to see him. He looked at my skin and said asian's skin are very bad ( i was shocked when he said that) and then he told me it is Senile plaques and then he said it could be skin cancer. If it is senile plaques, it won't have blood bleeding for whole day. I am disappointment with his service. I know he is also cosmetic laser skin specialist does not require referral. I can imagine what doctor I he is .:(

I have been seeing Dr. Simon Lee for some time now for my skin related problems. Every time I have visited him, he has been very courteous and polite and spends time with me to answer all my questions and concerns. He is a great doctor and I would highly recommend him. Yes he is pretty busy but that is because his patients recommend and speak highly of him. I find Dr. Lee very professional and his recommended treatments have helped me greatly.

I waited for 2 hours only to see Dr. Simon Lee for less than 5 minutes. Like other posts, it didn't seem like he took time to sincerely understand why you were there in the first place and prescribe the right medication or treatment. I kept asking for more information but it didn't seem like he wanted to explain further. I just felt rushed and I have no confidence to use any of the medication he prescribed on my face because of the lack of patience and knowledge he displayed. To sum it up, big waste of time. I'll be looking for another dermatologist.

As a recent addition to Dr. Lee's list of patients, I find both his demeanour and presentation of services to be of exceptional quality. It took no longer than two visits to Dr. Lee's to relieve me of my symptoms; of which have persisted for well over a year irregardless of countless consultations with other doctors. In addition, waiting time was almost non-existent and the staff present were pleasant.

Waited over an hour for less 5 minutes of his time. Like others said, all he cares is money. He is only interested if you would go for his paid (non OHIP covered) service. What makes him even worst is that he couldn't even identify my skin problem correctly. He said I have Psoriasis by looking at it for 10 seconds. Then, he said there is unknown cause and no permanent treatment. Luckily, my mom took me to see a well known dermotologist when I visited Hong Kong, and he confirmed that Simmon Lee was wrong, and he healed my eczema and fungal infection. Don't know how Simon Lee got his specialist licence. By the way, I notice this site has stated that there are many positve ratings spam removed from Simon Lee ratings, I am wondering if they were posted by himself and his relatives.......

I am suffering from Vitiligo and currently undergoing UVB light therapy. I feel my spots are either getting smaller or disappearing. Some of them are persistant though. Dr Lee is very polite and takes his time to examine and advise me accordingly. Though my condition is very hard to treat, his positiveness and encouraging attitude makes me feel better after every visit. Great Doctor and human being. Must visit if you have any skin condition.
