Dr. Lee has been my dermatologist since 2008. I have seen him over the years for various small issues such as keloid scarring, warts, age spots, etc. and he has always taken very good care of my needs. He answers all my questions and he diagnoses each issue quickly and provides alternatives as well as the pros and cons. If he feels that a certain treatment is not worth the risk or cost, he will advise accordingly. And because he knows I don't have a benefits plan and I pay out of pocket, he is always very accommodating and helpful in trying to provide price/fee discounts. For the same reasons, he also tries to provide free samples of various creams and products that help to fix my problems instead of spending money for in-clinic treatments. In addition, Dr. Lee often mentions that if a certain treatment did not address the issue 100%, I am welcome to come back for a follow-up treatment at no extra cost. But in my experience so far with him, the need for follow-up treatment is rare, especially for smaller issues. And in contrast to some of the negative feedback about his staff, I actually find his receptionists to be polite and reasonable, compared to some of the admin people who run other clinics or med offices.

Horrible doctor, doesn't seem interested at all in patients' health, incredibly rude staff, and I have never seen a doctor who is so concerned about squeezing every last penny out of his patients

Experienced doctor. Very busy clinic, so wait time exists. Treatment is good and worth the wait time.

Staff rude and unprofessional. Dr. Lee was late. It is not a medical office but a full fledged business. The reception area is pretty dirty.

This place is like a business, I get this strong feeling that all they care about is earning money, with tons of push towards purchase of this and that. I originally went with their suggestion to do a laser treatment on back acne, there is absolutely no change to my back, and all the Dr. said was, you know this world is huge anything can happened and nothing is guaranteed.

Also note that the Dr. did not perform the laser treatment, but the front desk reception lady did, I highly doubt she did it correctly either.

I highly recommend you go somewhere else, and even if you visit this Dr., don't be persuaded into buying too many expensive and superfluous treatments.

Dr. Lee is an experienced doctor. Always helpful, listen to your issue, unfortunately he has so many patients and so busy. His staff are so good to help.

Waited for 1.5 hours to see Dr. Lee but he saw me for less than 3 minutes. He was very impatient and did not listen to me about symptoms. I felt that he just wanted me to leave and to see the next patient as early as possible. A terrible experience.

For the comment below submitted on Sept 24, 2014 - all I can say is that please exercise some patience. See how this treatment works. If it doesn't help you within a month try other doctors. Dr Lee is an experienced doctor. Hestarts with simple treatment like in your case to see how it improves. If not, then he charters different treatment methods. My daughter and I are his patients for about 8 years. I am just sharing my experience. Hope you get better soon.
