Very rude and uncaring. He tried to override the cardiologist, pulmonologist, and surgeon's decision about my dad requiring surgery. He was rude and on a power kick insisting that he makes the decisions in the rehab department of the hospital. He did not care what the patient needed or wanted. I can't believe Arcadia Methodist Hospital keeps someone like this on staff.
