Dr. Richards was the best family doctor I ever had. He would always try to find a solution to your problem and would make sure to follow up with you personally. Even after his shift. He was an excellent doctor and he knew what he was talking about and could always explain it. Ì wish he never gave up his family practice.

the last time I went to see Dr. Richards was in 2008 - as I have no know medical issues up in till this time, I emailed asking to make an appointement - I was turned down. Told - Unfortunately youa re not listed as a patient of Dr. Richards and you have not been seen at this clinic seen we moved back in 2008. We are no longer a walk in clinic and only make appts with family practice patients!
I am not impressed.

Dr. W. Richards was the doctor on duty at the walk in after I had a unsatisfactory experience with a specialist. I found him to be more knowledgeable, considerate and thorough than the Ear, Nose and Throat doctor. I appreciate quality care and would not hesitate to see him again

was my family doctor through the clinic in pitt meadows for years, as a young teenage women suffering from major panic disorder I found him to be completly useless besides prescribing medications. GOOD bedside manner, great if all you have is a bladder infection and need a common prescription but usuless for anything serious.

Dr.Richards, has a very good bedside manner. He is dilligent with his duties. Calls when he needs to see you about test results. He is detailed with giving medication to ensure you understand how it is prescribed. Takes the time to get to know his patients, and all the members of the family. At Golden Ears Medical Centre there is a delightful group of Doctors that provide team work - if he should get called away to the hospital. That shows a lot of interity. Dr. Richards tends to his patients with a nurturing quality, which far exceeds anything that I have ever seen. He likes to see the genuine quality of people grow in development of health and wellness, through education. This is wonderful. I am greatful for a physcian that works the front line, to deal with the ills of the community. Thank you

I used to see Dr.Richards cousin however now I see Dr.Richards and my husband and I love going to him when we need to. My husband hates doctors but likes Dr.Richards because he is so helpful and nice. We will go to Dr.Richards as long as he is still in the practice

He is nice. He is kind. He is listening to you as long as you wish. Just do not ask him anything important, and do not get any serious illnesses. Because than he has no idea what to do with you. His knowledge is really questionable, specially if you see him with something more serious than a flu.

He is an absolut sweetheart. I see him for almost 5 years now, and I am very happy with him. Always listens, always cares. Never makes you feel, that he has no time, does not matter how many questions you have. He does not no all the answers all the time, but he takes the time to look into things, and have you an acurate answer the next time, or if it is possible still at your visit. I recommend him to anyone.

He is a very kind and caring Dr. He never makes me feel rushed, he always has time even if I come in with a list of questions. He will ask me about things that may have come up at the previous visit. As I am a diabetic he keeps on top of my tests and results. He is up to date on changes in medications and treatmetns. I really feel like he cares about me as a person not just a patient.

Dr. Richards is a very helpful, courteous doctor. If you have a question about anything he will answer it and if needed he will look things up and you won't leave his office wondering about anything . he is very thorough and will get you in to see a specialist if you need one. He is always polite and takes his ime he never rushes you out no matter how busy he is.
