Despite the less-than-warm, but capable staff, I would never have anyone else as my family doctor. Dr. Loh has been my doctor for almost 20 years. She has helped me through every ailment, big or small, and the birth of my child, pre-natal to post-natal. I agree that she always runs late, can be very rushed, and leave little time for questions at the end of your visit, but she's always on the money with diagnoses for me or my son. She doesn't hesitate to refer us to specialists. She will prescribe medication when necessary. She's warm, kind and compassionate. I don't know what I'll do when she retires.

Makes you wait four hours even if you have a 9 a.m. appointment, would never refer you to a specialist (prefers to misdiagnose that nothing is wrong with you instead), and pooh-pooh any serious concerns or symptoms.

Dr. Loh has been my GP for over 26 years and delivered all my 3 babies. I love her, she is so knowledgeable and i trust her with my life. I moved to the suburbs and still drive 40 mins into the city to see her. My kids also are her patients now as young adults and absolutely love her. She'll be my doctor forever.

Dr Loh has been my primary GP for over 20 years. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, caring., trustworthy and has integrity. I get along well with her MOA. Dr Loh is not afraid to consult when something is stumping her. She will be my Dr forever.

I really don’t know what has happened but customer service has gone down the tube. The receptionists that they hire need to go back to school ...from the time u walk in the front door till u leave. U aren’t even acknowledged on arrival. I love Dr Loh but agreed with others we see her locum more than her...and it is a joke with patients how long of a wait it will be. Not professional at all. Makes me sad and wanting a new practice.

Dr. Loh take care my whole family for more than 10 years. She is very professional . Even though I move to Richmond, I still go back Vancouver to see her. She is the best, Honest doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr. Loh's for 15+ years! I consider myself lucky to have found her in my 20's and for my sake, hope she never retires! I trust her completely. She is thorough, proactive, professional and keeps up to date medically AND she cares. Her receptionist is abrasive and rude - the EXACT opposite if Dr. Loh. Over the course of the past 5 years, the wait times have gone down considerably, though I still expect to wait 30 min. The office is busy because there are 2 other dr's practicing there.

people working in the office are nice. just need to have patience while waiting for your own appointment! !

Dr. Loh is a great doctor but to get an appt nowadays takes months. She's extremely busy and only works certain days of the week. Her receptionists tho are all rude and could learn a few pointers in being polite to patients in person and on the phone. These are patients coming in to see a doctor cause they aren't feeling well so to be treated rudely on top of that either in person or on the phone is utterly unprofessional.
