I met Dr. Old in the emergency room after I had shattered my right elbow. He preformed surgery to replace the radial head and repair torn ligaments. That was three years ago and my elbow is 100%. You can barely notice the scar.He was very nice to deal with before and after the surgery. When I went for rehab my physiotherapists were very happy with my recovery and said he is an excellent surgeon.

My first visit I waited for over 90min past scheduled time. Next time was much better though. I found Dr. Old very helpful. I never felt rushed in assessments or if I had questions. He was thorough and recovery went just as described. Bonus: much smaller scar size compared to others I saw from other surgeons

Who ever Dr. Old's office clerk is, he need's to let her go. She is there to be as awesome as the Doctor, and to remember patients calling or with appointments are not doing so to put her day out. You can not handle the job office lady, move on so Dr. Old can do his job. My Rate for the Dr is soley based on Office clerk. She doesnt answer the phone, or call back when you leave messages. DR. OLD If you read this, call me back so I can get in to see you.

Dr. Old performed a total shoulder replacement for me in Nov 2010. I had an excellent result. I found him to be an excellent surgeon with great communication skills.

personal assistant not helpful and rude when ask questions.last minute appointment with not option to change.ask about post op instuctions was provided with incorrect instution sheet. when i ask about Physio I was told No? and that I could return to work in 1 month then I was told 2 months after the swelling went down there was a massive Hymitoma I went to the hosital the attending surgon told me to apply heat? not the ice that ive been using for the last month when I seen Dr Old he said he disagreed and it didnt matter how I treated it this was not mentioned prior to the surgery now 6 months later having pain in surgery site my GP told me that I should have been Physio or accupuncter to assist with scar tissue healing.Dr. Old told me Physio was not nessasary.I would not recommend this Dr. or the Panam Clinic because this in my opinion is not professional

Dr Old is avery fine surgeon.He is very helpful and understanding..He goes out of his busy way to make sure all your concerns are addressed no matter how minor..I have had two psurgeries done by him and both have given me me tremondous mobility...go see hi m you will never ever regret it

Dr. Jason Old is an awesome doctor. He is calm, cool, very polite and incredibly knowledgeable. He will not make you feel rushed by any means, and he is very understanding if you're nervous. Even if you have tons of questions he'll answer them all. He wants to make sure your comfortable with everything. I have nothing negative to say about him, he is awesome, caring and he has your back. If you get this doctor, you're in great hands. Have no fear, this guy is the best.

Dr. Old is young and a sharp Dr. He does not make you feel rushed and answers any and all questions in lay language. He has a great bedside manner and was very kind to my 90 year old Mom when he did a shoulder replacement on her.

Dr. Old is so very kind, and understanding.He is soft spoken, and very gentle while examining your problem area. He is understanding when it comes to the long wait that people in pain must endure, while waiting for their surgery date. He is great to show you with a small model the area that your surgery will be like.No question is too much for him to explain to you, and his answers are vivid, and this all make one that is waiting for an operation more at ease. The staff in his office are all very understanding, and kind.He is tops!!!!
