I would not go anywhere but Pan Am and with Dr. Old. The nurses, anesthesiologists, resident and Dr. Old were fantastic. I went in for a rotator cuff and he explained he may need to be more if needed. Everything was explained and my husband and I were able to ask questions and give input without feeling like we were taking up his time. He was very receptive and I’m doing very well 8 months later. I may need my other shoulder done and I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Dr Old again. He has also taken care of my husband and father and they have nothing but positive things to say. I’m not from Winnipeg but I will always make the drive to Pan Am. The surgical staff and recovery staff need huge kudos. There care was exceptional!!

Dr Old was superb. Very understanding and caring towards his patients. He did a rotator cup surgery on my right side years ago which was very successful. I just had my right rotator cup surgery done and it was a good experience with Dr Old and his team at the PanAm clinic.

It’s been exactly one year since my shoulder replacement surgery. I’m now able to cut firewood, shovel snow and best of all sleep at night without pain. Great job Dr. Old and the rest of the team in surgery.

Dr Old performed surgery on my son's broken ankle, it was botched. The only good thing Dr Old did for him was to refer my son to another surgeon who's trying to fix the mess. Waiting for a third surgery date.

Dr. Old did my shoulder replacement surgery 5 years ago. The procedure was successful, no complications, and now I can do my hobbies without pain and dysfunction. He has excellent bedside manners; empathetic, polite, detailed explanation of procedure, and answered my questions. His office assistant is kind and helpful. Definitely recommend him.

Dr. Old has done both of my rotator cuff's including the long head bicep tendon. Both surgeries were totally successful and the shoulders are nearly as good as they were before the injuries. His willingness to do a Tenodesis instead of a simple Tenotomy is exceptional.

Dr. Old did my rotator cuff surgery 5 years ago. Professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Fantastic bedside manners. He was never rude or arrogant during any of my appointments with him. His office assistant is professional and friendly. My surgery was successful. Very happy with the results.

He is not only knowledgeable but truly amazing person. His secretary is also very professional and accommodate me as I have so many time restrictions.

Appointment was a waste of time. Didn't evening check me and I feel like he didn't hear my concerns.
