I think Dr Bonnett is wonderful! My previous doctor had retired and she was kind enough to take me on. So i have experience a BIG difference in how her office works. I can't believe how fast they get things done, from prescription renewals, to referrals and so on I am not sure why anyone would complain about the staff!! great work!! keep it up

Dr. Bonnett has been our family physician for over eight years. She is pleasant and friendly but does not seem overly interested in medicine. She has time after time told us she will "research" medical issues and never gets back to us. I believe she means well; however, it can be frustrating at times. I agree with the comments about some of her staff. Lynn and Sarah (who is not there anymore) are wonderful. Nancy is the rudest receptionist I've ever met (and I've lived in several provinces) and I've observed and experienced her as someone who hangs up the phone on patients, is snarly and nasty and demeaning in her tone. She should not be at the front desk or in a position where she is the person representing the medical office. She obviously is miserable and unhappy and takes it out on Dr. Bonnett's patients.

I can't believe anyone would say such things about the staff. I have never had any issues since being with Dr Bonnett. Her staff go above and beyond what they should do. I have heard other patients be demanding, rude and totally unexceptable behaviour while i am sitting in the waiting room with my elderly mother. She can't understand why some people are so rude. I would not want there job at all. In my eyes keep up the good work girls. I know all 3 of you work hard answering phones, dealing with patients, act, so I feel lucky to even have a doctor with such great staff

Dr Bonnett is very knowledgeable and if you do get the chance to get an appt. you will leave relieved. However, her receptionists are terrible. I have been going to Bonnett for as long as she has had a practice in Woodstock and everyone has the same consensus with her office, great doctor, terrible staff. She needs to realize how awful these nasty ladies are!

receptionist Nancy is rude and very difficult to deal with and it is impossible to get an appointment ever even when you call 20 times from 08:55 until 9:15 am.

I have been a part of Dr. Bonnett's practice since she arrived in Woodstock. I work in the medical field myself and have gotten to know many physicians within Oxford county as well as in the region I currently live in near Toronto. Upon moving, I made a point to keep Dr. Bonnett as my family physician for the simple fact that she has ONLY provided me with the best care possible and I would find it very difficult to obtain that sort of confidence and rapport elsewhere. Knowing the inner workings of the health care System I have come to know the stresses and the expectations many people place on their physicians. Granted, some physicians fail to deliver in some areas, whereas I have never experienced this with Dr. Bonnett. Yet, I do believe sometimes people forget that physicians are human beings, that are not living within perfection. With that being said, I have appreciated Dr. Bonnett grounded and compassionate approach in helping me as well as my family throughout difficult times.

Dr Bonnett is an outstanding doctor. I get the sense that she genuinely cares about her patient's health and well being, and she treats you like an equal, which is refreshing from a doctor! I would highly recommend her to everyone, keep up the great work doc!

Dr Bonnett is a wonderful person and an amazing doctor! I feel like being a doctor must be a very stressful job especially when one is so compassionate as she is. I always feel that she is giving me 100 percent of her attention and care. She definitely goes above and beyond what other doctors do. She is an amazing person and I feel like I am blessed to have her as my doctor. I have many friends, family and acquaintances who see her and I have never heard anything but praises from them! That is a great accomplishment in the field of medicine! Thank you Dr. Bonnett and keep up the great work!

This statement is made with-out prejudice.I can honestly say that in the course of 8 years.she did absolutely nothing to benefit the health of my family.I can not even list the numerous errors her and her staff made.I over looked the small things time and again.I overlooked her diagnoses of depression when my husbands thyroid failed (diagnosed by a second opinion)I overlooked the "you have dry skin" when I had an aggressive fungus (diagnosed by a second opinion) I went to her suffering from peripheral artery disease(very painful)(Diagnosed by second opinion) She brushed me off. I recently learned that my wheelchair dependent child, NEVER had to be in a chair.Yes, thank you for being completely incompetence. If I were a litigious and vengeful person, I would sue you for every day of my daughters life. NOW all this "doctor" does is push pharmaceuticals&cosmetic procedures.She is NOT a doctor she is a pharmacologist/cosmetician. You would do better to ask a gardener for advise.
