The receptionist has an awful personality and doesn’t care about people’s problems when it comes to the family practice. Seems the money is in cosmetic care.

Staff is often curt-rude. Inconsistent with willingness to schedule in person and pre-booked appointments. Focuses on cosmetics and neglects complex cases. If you got an acute problem she's great, but if you have a complex condition be prepared to have to get incredibly assertive to get refferals and tests. 20 years in her care and it's time to move on to someone willing to help.

I have always found Dr. Bonnett to be amazing. She has been our doctor for 18 years. I have found her very attentive, and appreciate the fact that she tells it like it is, in a concise, empathetic manner. I truly appreciate the timely responses from her and her staff when it is needed.

I LOVE having her look after our family. Amazing Doctor and just the best.

Receptionist constantly makes mistakes sending in prescriptions or forgets to do it at all. Since Covid started not only can you not get an in person appointment getting a call back for a phone appointment can take 5 days.

She really does care. Friendly and made me very comfortable. Listened to me and explained things so I could understand. Happy to have her.

Dr. Bonnett has been my 86 yrs old mother’s primary care physician for decades. She has been and continues to be attentive, knowledgeable and accessible. Her staff is a reflection of her professionalism. Our family and more importantly my mom are very grateful. She rocks!

Dr. Bonnett has taken the time to help my family out, and has shown more empathy and compassion when my mother passed away than any healthcare provider. She should be celebrated as a great physician, and the majority of us lucky enough to have her as our doctor thank her for doing a great job.

Receptionist is very rude and has no sympathy whatsoever, and it’s almost impossible to get an appointment with Dr. Bonnett. When I have seen her she has been kind and helpful but seems to care more about her cosmetic business now and is rarely available to see patients.

Dr Bonnett is amazing and has been a great to ,e and my family! The person who said they could not get in for three weeks must be mistaken because the only appointments they make ahead are annual physicals. All the rest - you call that morning at 9am and they give you a time to come. She has been our doctor for 15 years and I have NEVER not gotten in that very day. She is five star - all the way!
