As far as dental experiences go, Dr. Shackleton has always been fantastic. He is remarkably gentle and takes the time to answer any and all questions and make his patients feel comfortable. I'm not a fan of the dentist but when I need one, Dr. Shackleton is the one I call.

The doctor makes you feel comfortable right away - even chickens!! The staff are all very nice too. I was amazed at how un-traumatic the visit was.

dr. shackletons' office was very helpful with all my questions and worries. He was very professional and gentle. I left feeling confident with the treatment provided and most importantly pain free!

Shackleton says his practice is limited to endodontics but he has not received the specialized training to call himself an endodontist. He is NOT an endodontist. He was very arrogant. Do NOT go to see him. I ended up going to a trained endodontist who charged me $1100.00 for the same procedure.

I was referred to this dentist for a root canal as my x-rays showed an infection on a root tip.The proceedure was routine but when i inquired about antibiotics(as they had just interferred with an infection)i was told my body would heal itself--SHOCKER--my infection spred into my head and all he could say when i called him was --BUMMER!!-AND PRESCRIBED A TON OF PAINKILLERS!I suffered greatly and spent the next four days in bed in agony. He went to school in Chicago but i suspect he skipped a few classes!!

Wonderful dentist and office staff. I'm pretty apprehensive to see a new denist, however, was referred due to a complex root canel. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and welcome. THANKS FOR THAT!

I was referred to Dr. Shackleton,and from my first visit, he made me feel very reassured. His whole team has a wonderful calming manner that makes it easy to gain trust. I have always feared the words "root canal", but after just having one, I am not sure why I have had that fear. It was a painfree experience and it was explained every step of the way. I feel 100% better and I am so thankful I was referred to such a wonderful dentist.

I reside near Chestermere and it was worth the drive for the evening before I had my root canals I spent in excruciating pain. This was caused by a different Dentist who performed 4 silver replacement fillings on April 21 08. For two months I suffered greatly, until they referred me to Dr Shackleton. So believe me when I tell you be wise and choose a professional such as Dr Shackleton when it comes to your teeth. I have never experienced a root canal and was a little apprehensive. The procedure to my surprise was absolutely painless both during and after. I highly recommend Dr. Shackleton and his staff for they were very pleasant, professional and informative.
