Shackleton Tom Dr

I was referred to Dr Shackleton, because of problems with an old root canal that was causing ongoing toothache. From the moment I met his staff, Suzzane (receptionist) and Tara( dental assistant), i felt comfortable and at ease. Dr Shackleton was wonderful. He explained everything to me, treatments, and what my options were should there be some unexpected findings. That was important to me as I like to be well informed. Fortunately everything went smoothly, and I can honestly say the whole procedure was painless, from freezing to getting sutures removed 6 days later. I had expected to be in some discomfort for a few days following the procedure. I had total confidence in Dr Shackleton and he was very professional and personable. I would highly recommend him.
