although we use this hospital as a family for emergencies, we leave disappointed with the service most times. triage is bad, not enough doctors on staff! make you wait for up to 7-8 hours before you are seen by a dr. even if a simple test can be done hours before.....

This is honestly the worst hospital I have ever been to. The doctors and nurses have no idea what they are doing. I will never let a loved one go to this hospital ever agin. Stay away!!!

Recent renovations and upgrades have made McKenzie Health even more efficient and effective. I have been there for X-ray and Ultrasound imaging and have been met by polite staff eager to book my appointment and get the job done. I have been through the Emergency Room and been quickly assessed and prioritized for the right level of care. This hospital is a well run institution.
