The worst service from nurses and doctors in emergency. Nurse didn’t know how to work the IV machine, then the doctor left before giving any results or seeing our son before he was discharge. A 5 year old child left with no attention. Just horrible.

this place is terrifying. trust the 1 star reviews and run away from this place, even if you're in an emergency don't come here just drive further away to a different hospital anywhere is better than this one.

Recently had a 4 day stay and I have to say it was the most deplorable experience of my life. It is a dirty and disgusting facility. After 7 hours in emergency I was told I was being admitted but it took another 36 hours to get moved into a room. Here’s to Hallway health.

If you are diagnosed with Cancer do not go to Mackenzie Health.

What a dump!! In my house we call it the horse hospital. 45 min to find parking. Elevator is broken so it takes 5-10 min for it to arrive. Go Mackenzie Health, you didn’t disappoint !!

Great hospital. Had amazing care in the Emergency.

Horrible approach at the Emergency. Nobody seems to care. Restroom are dirty. With only a few exceptions, it’s a deplorable place.

Stay away! Almost cut open my mother in law for lung surgery, went to NYGH, turned out to be gall stones

I had 2 encounters at this hospital personally. First was the ER, extremely long wait times without enough seats for patients. Expect to be there for a minimum of 7 hours. Mat ward, we were referred here because our lovely OBGYN is associated with this hospital. We dropped off our intake forms at the Mat Ward only to have the nurses tell us not to call them, they’re very busy. That’s not a welcoming feeling at all given that they’re the first line of contact to new patients. This has given us 0 confidence in this hospital and we’re considering having our baby elsewhere due to this type of service and behaviour along with the poor reviews on the Mat Ward. I’m actually worried for my own well being and for my unborn child.
