I thank Dr Bern for his professional care, patience, and punctuality. This is my second visit to Vancouver for my teeth treatment, he gave me detailed descriptions of the plan of treatment. He did extraction of two teeth with sockets preservation, took around two hours, I did not feel pain, and it was went smooth! What I like is his follow up nedt day. To conclude, I recommend Dr. Bern for dental treatment if you want to have professional care!

Dr B is the best. He has a great bedside manner and explains everything in good detail. I appreciate his follow up calls and that he goes the extra mile. I've sent him photos of my tooth when I've been concerned about it while HE was off work, and he was quick to respond in great detail. All his hygienists are friendly and gentle.

Rude, egotistical, totally disinterested. Went through perfunctory motions in an unkind manner. For whatever reason, he was just not interested.

Dr. Bernhauser is one of the best dentists I had. I returned Vancouver recently and was recommend to try his practice. He has been great. I’ve had two difficult appointments due to the work to be done in the past two weeks. He made it as painless as possible and in both cases called me personally later to see how I was feeling. If he is still accepting patients I would highly recommend him.

We are visiting from New Brunswick. My husband had an issue with a dental implant that needed immediate attention. He had the good fortune to call the Royal Centre Dental Group on Saturday morning (December 31st). The receptionist arranged for him to see the dentist right away. Dr. Bernhauser provided excellent care! We can’t thank him and his staff enough! They made our new year a happy one!
