Dr Kesarwani and her team were amazing to work with. I am so happy with the results of my buccal fat removal. The staff and nurses were great as well - very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Dr Kesarwani for any plastic surgery procedures.

I did a demi-thyroidectomy and septoplasty in Sep 2025 at St Joes. Dr. Kesarwani explained what would happen during the surgery and accommodated me doing both surgeries at the same time. The overall hospital experience was great and I was discharged the same day. There were no major surprises with my recovery and I had several follow-ups to make sure healing was progressing well. I would highly recommend both Dr. Kesarwani and St Joes for any such procedures.

By far one of the most disappointing specialists I’ve seen. She was dismissive throughout the appointment and at one point even rolled her eyes while I was describing a symptom she had asked me about. Her bedside manner and emotional awareness are severely lacking, at least in my experience, which was especially frustrating after waiting months to be seen. Overall, the visit felt like a complete waste of time.

I first met Dr. Keserwani for an evaluation of my deviated septum. She took care of the entire OHIP approval process and walked me through my options once it was approved. The septoplasty she performed has made a tremendous improvement to my breathing. It's been over a year now since the procedure.
