My 84 year old mother saw Dr. Smothers. Mom generally does not like doctors, but she liked Dr. Smothers. Dr. Smothers was patient, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend her.

Michelle is very knowledgeable and relatable. She is always punctual and does not leave her patients waiting for hours on end. I did find this last visit to be rushed but I’ve seen her for over 10 years now and we’re all entitled to a few “off” days. I’m the big scheme of things I would recommend her to anyone in need of a PCM. The staff fluctuates between friendly and robotic with each visit. But they are always professional.

Michelle is an Excellent FNP! She’s vey knowledgeable and has great communication with my husband and I. I was disappointed to find out that my Bone Density results were not called to her Attention sooner than 1month after the exam. The results proved to be a drastic change from the the time of the last exam, and should’ve sent her indications that could’ve alerted her to take actions that would’ve started treatments for problem. I’m a firm believer that early detection is the best protection. So my suggestion is to have the referring physician to alert PCP if there’s a red flag on diagnosis, then patient care could start sooner. Thanks
